MrC - No dilution
Just Directors selling over £100m - only possible via placing of their shares - all revenue to Directors and shares in issue unchanged just changing hands.

Will be interesting to see the price they achieve.

Lydnem - are you really short ? A surprising decision considering battle scarred management/new broker situation. Share price will be supported with cashflow and even buy backs. Good luck !!

Personally I think he is a bit sad and needs help.

On interrogation by me some time back he stated he was a shorter. Oh dear!
I do not think he is a shorter, I do have views on what his motives are though.

It was a long day starting with trakm8 I think the prior session on debt finished off a few who wanted to then beat rush hourAnd they were a little late after a day of city presentations

greetings sailing john. I have been sat on PLUS for nearly two years now, and have no intention of selling up. I miss some of our shorting colleagues, but we must recognise that this share price BB, like PLUS, has become a lot more respectable these days. I remain a big fan, partially because of the global market expansion opportunities, partly for their edge in platform development, and partly because I pretty sure the new broker/battle scarred management will hoover up share dips with excellent cashflow whenever they can.

Yes re "might break out to 800" - wasn't expecting it to happen within hours!
Amazing that only 8 interested in Plus's presentation given the size of the company and potential.
I don't usually trade in and out but have done so 3 times with Plus. Hopefully back soon if volatility picks up. Plenty of potential events on the horizon with banks under pressure in several countries and some interesting characters running/potentially running countries! etc. etc. etc.

Sj You were right it seems!Always happens to me tooI went to the recent presentation day organised by 'davidosh'Plus were in last, there were about 8 of us leftI like that they are very data driven in analysis, marketing etc., a classic Internet playRating will probably stay low as the uk market finds foreign listings suspicious , but the cash generation is terrific I am holding on

Sold today!
Whilst I was quite excited about Brexit volatility - markets have been very quiet from early July so I think Q3 KPIs will be relatively weak. (Although with a surge of new customers in late June - presumably wanting to utilise/earn their bonuses - July might have been quite good despite low volatility)
Suspect a significant buyer in market today as relatively easy to sell volume
My timing of sells usually not that good so might break out to 800 when IG report Q1 - this week?
Anyway hopefully back in soon! nai dyor
