01/9/2016 14:10 | SJ - I totally agree re advantages of main listing. Plus has had the required 3 year record for ages. I guess delay caused by other management priorities, including on-boarding problems and maybe their advisors don't understand or have failed to explain advantages. Will improve status, greatly reduce perception problem with typical Israeli AIM punting stock and instantly attract great buying by tracker funds who need weighted position. IMO at least 10% on price. | stuffee
01/9/2016 13:47 | Well it's now been nearly 2.5 years since Feb 2014 results narrative where they said "Plus500 is currently in the early stages of considering moving from AIM to a main market listing on the London Stock Exchange and will update the market further on this in due course." I think the delay was due to a requirement to provide 3 years audited accounts as a quoted (UK?) company - can't remember the detail (and can't be bothered searching) but it would be nice to see this move progress. They certainly have the market cap (£845m) and daily volume (circa £1.75m average) to justify a move which would clearly be a massive positive for the share price given the lowly PE currently Prompted to post by comment above | sailing john
01/9/2016 13:27 | Heard that Citi are inviting institutions to presentation next week after results. This could be good news if Citi start following Plus and they can attract some new heavyweights into the stock. Should significantly narrow Plus' discounted rating as compared to IG, CMC etc. | stuffee
01/9/2016 08:33 | MM's last chance to play games since a breakout was indicated two weeks ago, MM's squeezing the leveraged before whoosh! :) | gh20468
31/8/2016 11:39 | The price has drifted down in the last week or two, is there a seller around or somebody is accumulating? | old fool2

31/8/2016 09:58 | Saw recent comment in The Times re the evils of Binary options, but is Plus significantly involved in these? | stuffee
30/8/2016 10:07 | Playtech get out of binary options. Is this becauase countries are starting to ban them?? www.leaprate.com/201 | lydnem
30/8/2016 09:22 | Little surprised and some concern over weakness in share price over last 3 weeks ahead of next week's interims, albeit with low turnover. This year's results announced a week later than last year - hopefully not a case of the normal theory that smaller numbers take longer to add up. I was certainly expecting pretty rosy figures and hopefully my share price concerns misplaced. | stuffee

18/8/2016 13:55 | My previous post number 10678 proved prescient, and as the poster afterwards said, there will always be profit taking; so, the little dip in price now, due IMHO to profit taking is an opportunity to either get on board or buy more. I'm long, staying so, but can't buy more without upsetting the balance of my portfolio; so I'll just sit tight and watch as the price heads back north, which it will do soon. Oh, and the good nicely covered dividend is helpful too, lol. :) | andrewbaker

14/8/2016 17:49 | Yes, and after these 2 the other 48 will possibly follow. Dont walk into a room with a blindfold on! | lydnem
14/8/2016 17:10 | This is no surprise to the market, since the story has been floating around since 2013 and confirmed early in March this year.I am sure Plus will have taken the appropriate measures to reduce their exposure to Belgium, which in any case represents a very small part of their revenues and profits.Remember Plus have presence in 50 countries! | nurdin
14/8/2016 09:41 | Is this the start of the end? www.leaprate.com/201 | lydnem
12/8/2016 16:08 | My mistake, last year the onboarding issues were not announced at the time of the H1 results...was a few weeks earlier.Irrespective | mickharkins1
12/8/2016 16:00 | My guess is that results will be out next week, which would be in line with the timing in 2014. Last year's results were a little later, however, I speculate that was due to waiting to get more clarity on the client onboarding issues, which were announced at the same time. | mickharkins1
10/8/2016 10:55 | Interim results Anyone heard when interims will be published? Announced on 27 Aug last year. Suggest that results will be good, following resolution of onboarding new customers from Jan 2016, volatility re Brexit and robust trading statement from Plus six weeks ago, good results by CMC, IG etc - although amusing some posters suggest comparison with the latter completely irrelevant! Question is to what extent results already discounted, although I do find great reduction in level of postings this year, with presumably lower bull positions, encouraging. | stuffee |
