Interesting play here with this 6 dose can issue. An RNS stating the problems have been resolved will not only reverse the impact of the last RNS but lump positivity on top because it will confirm the 6 dose can as a commercial reality for which a licensing deal already exists. Should wipe out the only remaining negativity related to the recent dilution (which wasn't unexpected anyway).

Marketing deal? Must be a reason for 20% rise.

PLE has had enough money from me. I'm not putting any more money until this company starts delivering real money for its shareholders. This has been far from the case since the EGM last year.

"Sod the can and think of Anne Widdicome shagging Jim Mellon, you will last for ages :-) :-) :-) :-)"

je je !

shagging ugly birds is probably a good cure !.....if she gets preggers by mistake you have to pay for the kid for years....that's enough to make anyone last longer !

Jim Mellon isn't that slimy-looking blond geezer is he? I think that was another friend of Dattels, but I can't remember the name.

I saw an interview with Jim Mellon not to long ago (may have been with Zak Mir) and he was suggesting how ethical he was and that he was a shareholder like everyone else, it was all about making money together.
Well that clearly is not the case here.
Every opportunity he got in front of an audience he would be convincing investors to pile in to PLE.
Absolute disgrace!!!
I believe he's going head to head with Neil Woodford both are setting up a Biopharma fund shortly well after this shambles I know who I will be backing.

I agree with you Smithie6, it seems totally wrong that a person who has presided over incompetence that has cost shareholders dearly then stands to gain most from that incompetence !!! Must have a very thick skin !!!!

1.9M loan notes ....1.2M interest !!

And convert at 2p.

Have all shareholders been treated equally as reqd. by the law ?

Some may think not.

Chairman probably quite happy though !

I'd like a statement from the manufacturer too.

Just why exactly is making a 6 dose dispenser such a problem? Have they never done this before with any other drug?

If so, why the hell did PLE award them the contract? on the HOPE they might be able to manufacture what is needed?

It does feel like some gross incompetence....though its hard to pinpoint exactly where.

I hold here and will continue to do so. Fundamentally little has changed and I'm confident the product will ultimately deliver strong financial returns. The timescale has just increased though, so I wont order the Bentley just yet.

The company really need to clarify the situation with the 20 dose can and Recordati. I'm not sure there's anything that says the Recordati deal was limited to the 6 dose can so it can be assumed that they will market the 20 dose can in the EU. They have the sole licensing rights in this region for Fortacin after all. The only reason the Recordati deal was written against the 6 dose can was because the 20 dose can had effectively been binned some time prior to the agreement so it didn't get a mention.
