25/10/2006 09:07 | 2NGH - see my post above. Considering the directors bought at 15p they must have some confidence in what is there | nicksig
25/10/2006 09:06 | Cheers Steelwatch. However I will be watching this closely. Looks good. | olmert2
25/10/2006 09:05 | Take a look at their website. As I understand it they are the partner for Z34. There are rumours that there has been a large oil find for GOO in Peru but no specifics as yet. Z34 is the size of 17 North Sea oil blocks, which is enough to whet anybody's appetite | nicksig
25/10/2006 09:05 | Nick, Only with regards Z34 which hasn't been finalised yet... all but signed though. Massive potential..... | 2ngh
25/10/2006 09:05 | Olmert2 - Are they the partner on the current GOO drill as well? No. | steelwatch
25/10/2006 09:03 | Cheers nicksg. Are they the partner on the current GOO drill as well? If so then this company has not reacted at all. | olmert2
25/10/2006 09:01 | PPE are the drilling partner of GOO in Peru. | nicksig
25/10/2006 09:00 | Can anyone tell old Olmert2 what the crack is here please? | olmert2
25/10/2006 08:55 | Someone just paid 13p - well over the over for 76k. This is getting even more interesting | nicksig
25/10/2006 08:55 | TDW now offering 12.15 to buy your shares. Go PPE. They want them. Level 2 anyone ? TIA Someone just bought for 13p. | green_eyed_afghan
25/10/2006 08:43 | Krazy - I had the same problem. Had to go for a negotiated trade via broker. Could only get just over 10k but at 10.75p, which I thought was a good deal. Wish I could have got more now though! | nicksig
25/10/2006 08:41 | Tried to buy a few more this morning but couldnt online and had to phone Barclays, ticked up .5 while they actioned it : | krazykid
25/10/2006 08:36 | Good luck Green - let's hope we get a similar rise as GOO. Chart looks good for a further rise IMO | nicksig
25/10/2006 08:33 | Yes, thanks Steph for putting this on my radar too | nicksig
25/10/2006 08:33 | Joined up to the explorers brigade too. | green_eyed_afghan
25/10/2006 08:32 | Steph- thanking for bringing this to my attention. Purchased this morning. | jasminb
25/10/2006 08:28 | By the way, Z34 is the equivalent to 17 North Sea Blocks - which is huge! | nicksig
25/10/2006 08:28 | Hi FatFinger - 24 Oct'06 - 23:44 - 94 of 98 "thanks stephanie - might join you and grab a few of these tmrw - although could be fairly long term hold before potential realised" I do not disagree about long term. However as I have said many times in the past (on the GOO thread) that patience is required with all oil exploration shares, at least a 12/18 month view. When I first bought into Gold Oil there were 7 trades in a week , yes WEEK.Since then I have witnessed 7 trades in a minute. Im not suggesting that anybody buy Plectrum just because I have bought the shares. However I just pointed out that bearing in mind the possible potential of their joint venture with Gold Oil off shore Peru Z34 (see my post 92 above)that perhaps Plectrum were good value as not too many may realise the fact Z34 could (NB Could) be very big. These shares like all Oil exploration shares are very speculative. I own shares in GOO, PPE,CHP & SOLA I research my shares and am quite happy to share my research and views. However Ive had my losers as well! Regards SM E mail stephanie.speculator | stephanie_m
25/10/2006 08:27 | GEA - I can't seem to copy and paste from the website, but basically Plectrum have a carried interest agreement for drilling in Peru with GOO. Look at: | nicksig
25/10/2006 08:20 | Yes Pem, happy this wasn't on the radar until yesterday afternoon. As for IVE I'll keep my eye on it | nicksig
25/10/2006 08:15 | usually the best time to buy ns. bought into ive. only a few there.just floated patience required. | pembury
25/10/2006 08:13 | Well, I might be talking to myself here, but someone is loading up with these! | nicksig
25/10/2006 08:04 | Just to remind everyone of the last lot of director buys on 31 Aug: 31 August 2006 Mike Whyatt 150,000 (0.08 per cent.) 15.5 pence per share 8,177,591 (4.55 per cent.) 31 August 2006 Mike Evans 100,000 (0.06 per cent.) 15.5 pence per share 7,452,504 (4.14 per cent.) 31 August 2006 Jim Bain 100,000 (0.06 per cent.) 15.75 pence per share 2,206,522 (1.23 per cent.) 31 August 2006 Adam Reynolds 50,000 (0.03 per cent.) 15.75 pence per share 2,310,850 (1.28 per cent.) This now looks very cheap compared with what they paid | nicksig
25/10/2006 07:49 | Looks like a few people are starting to take and interest in this now. A tick-up - could this be the turning point? | nicksig |
