Its still a company and not yet closed. But being delisted we can not trade our shares on the open market. BUT we always live in hope that someone will be interested in 3D Casino and that Both Jez and Foo still have our interests top of their list of things to do.

I tried to report Jez and Foo's extra Business activites asking if their conduct was correct and eithical to PLW shareholders

I got NO response at all, The Brokers did not care

Hey csilondon, you're still not over this yet. If you'd bough Barclays you'd have lost most of your cash too before it recovered. You'd have sold out and been in a worse mess.

You may need some counselling to help you cope with this. I could have bought 100k shares in Barclays at 56p. I said "NO" to what I knew from the inside was a sure fire hit. This proves to me that I am over all this malarky. You need to get over it too.

Don't worry lads. I got took for £100k on RBS and that is before you add the losses on LLOY taking over HBOS. Am fighting back as I type and have recovered about £40k of the losses so still along way to go yet

i should have put my 20k into barclays, id be 80k better off. but i was stupid and naive and got ripped off. not sure if anyone has reported these guys to the FSA yet?

What is sad is I had the chance to get out, with most of my money back (40k) I should have followed Chris's advice and sold out when we had that brief rally

Time to forget about it and make sure you use your losses against any profits. I lost £7k on this, but at least I can offset it against RKH profits.

what did they do with the last bunch of money that was loaned to them? for all we know they could be sitting on a beach in the red sea or the dead sea.

there seems to be a new company set up called playwize games limited, just recently popped out of no where? have a look at companies house

they've all changed names now, i think its Allenby Capital, and the broker has changed. not sure though

I think the Rent levels that Foo was taking for his own property where a little bit generous. But only way you can go after them is if Hoodless goes after them. That is your ownly hope and its worth a call to the PLW manager at that company

The Big issue is "Has" Foo or Foo working with Jez, done anything that is illegal in company law. And even though to us the company they have set up seems to be a suitable reverse for PLW. They may have done everything by the book to discount that company and aknowledge that Foo and Jez are free to proceed. I am sure Jez knows what he is doing.

But Like I said my shares or vote for what ever its worth are at your disposal

I have no money either, But I hold 15000 shares after dilution, But no money to pay for a Lawyer. if there is a no cost route let me know. mine might be the TD ones as they are my broker

ive got no more money left to hire a lawyer and no one else seems interested in working together. i find this all strange when so much stock is held by other nomiee accounts.
