02/12/2008 10:01 | Just got this; (thought it was all over with PLW???) -------------------- We are writing to you in respect of your holding of 100000 Playwize Plc Ordinary GBP0.01 Shares held in our Nominee system. The company has recently announced pursuant to shareholder approval at the company general meeting held on 18th November 2008 a reorganisation of its share capital followed by a consolidation. Under the terms of the capital reorganisation, each Ordinary GBP0.01 Share will be subdivided into 1 new Ordinary GBP0.0001 Share and 99 new Deferred GBP0.0001 Shares. Then every 100 Ordinary GBP0.0001 Shares will be consolidated into 1 Ordinary GBP0.01 Share. Based on your current holding of 100000 Ordinary GBP0.01 Shares, you will receive 1000 new Ordinary GBP0.01 Shares. There is no need for you to take any action. Your portfolio will be amended to reflect this capital reorganisation. Whilst writing we would point out that the deferred shares will not be listed and they have minimal rights rendering them effectively worthless. | adg | |
