05/12/2016 14:01 | this doesn't look good - Teddi Sagi and playtech somewhat implicated hxxp://financefeeds. | tur43
05/12/2016 03:19 | A falling Euro in December would help PTEC at year end. All cash gets converted to Euros (on paper) at 31 December 2016 and then gets compared to 2015 results.Underlying growth looks excellent but the GBP-EUR rate will make the headline figures look disappointing. A bit of EU turmoil in December could help PTEC shareholders a little. | nod
02/12/2016 20:54 | Exactly the same thing happened last time Sagi sold a big chunk. The brokers seem to sell these into the market at lower than they paid. I don't understand how they make money but I mentioned on the day of the RNS that this is how is pans out every time.Shareholders just have to ride it out or sell and take a risk that they will be able to buy back at 10% lower.I see other brokers have reiterated their buy advice and targets over 1100. Nothing has changed for the company prospects. | nod
02/12/2016 20:31 | I suppose now I will be lectured at that I can buy at 812p if I want. | philo124
01/12/2016 19:09 | Almost certainly somebody close to company offloading. Big volumes getting jettisoned. | slipperysidewinder
01/12/2016 16:23 | Is there another director selling ?? | bigboots
01/12/2016 16:07 | So much for the over subscribed placing at 850p....Just buy some on the open market for less......Lovely!!! | ddubzy
01/12/2016 15:24 | Mmmm, the price gets more attractive all the time, I bet Slippy is gutted. Ha ha. | festario
01/12/2016 09:21 | Same company. Same ambitions. Same prospects. Tedi has other projects he wants to commit his money to. But nothing has changed here other than for the moment we are presented with a rather nice price for the stock. | undervaluedassets
30/11/2016 10:31 | Several brokers have targets over 1100p. It doesn't alter the company if Sagi sells now. The company is still the same and the shares are still worth over 1100p this week.He was obviously waiting for his divi - and who can blame him? | nod
30/11/2016 09:57 | Furthermore, The presence of Sagi as founder and major shareholder has undoubtedtly tainted the attractiveness of Playtech shares to the institutional investor. Now that Sagi has reduced sub 20% he is no longer able to place his own non execs on the board as night watchmen. This is a major positive going forward in regard to future appealability. Ive long thought the PE here should be way hire. An eventusl rerating should apply in due course, now that there is less of a stigma. | slipperysidewinder
30/11/2016 09:26 | take advantage, the company is cheap and performing well. the Sagi discount reduces as he sells down. | oregano
30/11/2016 08:58 | How is it "Mates Rates" you could of bought under 850p yourself this morning. share price will come back over the next couple of months I think. | painter
30/11/2016 08:56 | Sagi's sell is good for Sagi. 328M GBP before any tax liability. I would be quite happy with the result if i was him. | polaris
30/11/2016 08:53 | I think last time he sold a big chunk it was to finance purchase of Camden Lock. Diversification and impending new ventures behind this sale by Tedi - and why not. Doesn't change anything here. Nice price | weemonkey
30/11/2016 08:46 | Mates Rates. | philo124
30/11/2016 08:24 | Sagi sell is good for LTH's (and those looking to re-enter seemingly). PTEC's been here before. | manics
30/11/2016 08:10 | Yeah its probably a good entry point now ---if you are not already in! | melody9999
30/11/2016 07:11 | If sale is to meet institutional demand it makes sense. Also better for overall shareholder structureGoood news long term | trentendboy
30/11/2016 00:38 | Sagi is to sell 10% of the company leaving him with a 23.6% holding. Last time he sold it depressed the share price for some considerable time. In the long run I think it's good for PTEC but it may be a big overhang for six months. | nod
18/11/2016 16:20 | Promising - I think people are getting in for the solid divi. Of note as well is that this company is changing and adding a much more conventional financial services wing. | weemonkey
18/11/2016 06:52 | Excellent. I see their target is a touch below the others, still circa 15x Fwd PE? | hutch_pod
17/11/2016 18:29 | Very good numis write up. Nothing we did not know but very reassuring. Buying the dips | trentendboy
16/11/2016 11:09 | hxxp://www.cfhgroupc Been looking at this company. What is interesting is PTEC's clear long held desire to move into financial products, services and infrastruture is now underscored by this deal. This purchase diversifies their offering and reduces exposure to regulatory risk. Astute. | weemonkey |
