28/4/2006 13:50 | Well, there you go. I know Rob Weinberg personally and he is as straight as you could get. He would not say it like that if he did not absolutely believe it. I would imagine that if Newbery has his way again at the EGM, WH Ireland would have to consider their position as otherwise they would be discredited in the market. The problem then is that a lot of money has been raised - and is still in the company, people have invested - they want a return and a tradeable investment and so if the broker goes no-one is responsible. Bad all round. Essentially, the shareholders have to vote this down - ALL of them, no room for slackers, or it may get de-listed. | caiman27
28/4/2006 07:48 | The results of this work are expected to be announced in phases commencing in May 2006. Try frank timis or mr fo. | mujahid2

27/4/2006 12:19 | Can anyone enlighten me as to what EXACTLY is going on over there RIGHT NOW, i.e. AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME? Have they actually got the workers in place and started drilling anywhere yet? I keep hearing conflicting stories! | markusantonius
26/4/2006 21:40 | bombers- spot on... | trop
26/4/2006 12:40 | Agree that not everything has progressed as it should have done - a HUGE amount of time has been totally wasted here whilst our funds have just sat there being soaked up! Anyway new team back in charge now so if these lot c*ck things up then there will be a lot of angry institutions knocking on their doors. Time is rapidly running out for them. Brilliant asset, kr*p management. So come on guys - sort it out for us, please and QUICKLY! - I understood you were supposed to be drilling right through the rainy season to get back on track? | markusantonius
25/4/2006 22:05 | Cornhill completely screwed up on this. They had the casting vote at the agm and backed Newbury, he now believes he controls the company!!!! I spoke to someone at WHI who is hopping mad at what has gone on. Can you believe noone has taken any samples yet!!! Previous CEO even said they were in the lab!! Cornhill were not keeping an eye on this, I feel they march you inyto a share and then move onto the next one, there's no follow up. | bombers
25/4/2006 10:45 | up she goes. | mujahid2
22/4/2006 22:18 | must admit that Cornhill did ramp the management, before my decision to invest. | trop
22/4/2006 20:20 | money4me - fair suggestion that it might be passing the buck, but Cornhill ramped the managements ability. How ironic that would be if once the first director has gone, the other two follow, a new team takes over and then we see progress. Doesn't say much for Cornhill's assessment of the management team does it? | specul8or2
22/4/2006 12:46 | 7p is worth topping up on. | mujahid2
22/4/2006 12:39 | still holding also as I can afford to let the money sit there (Im not rich, just don't want to lose half the money by quitting before real action). Blaming Cornhill seems to be passing the buck a bit. I'm not too happy either but I do remember I had to actually make the decision to invest - though the management situation does appear to be causing this to have more difficulties than necessary. | money4me
21/4/2006 23:43 | Specul8tor2 agree with your post, lost big time on this one via cornhill but still holding from day one. | trop
21/4/2006 23:26 | Before I make my point, I sold this stock a month ago at half the price I bought it, and yep it hurts. Thats the negative side. Strangely enough I will still monitor this company as the upside could now be massive. The size of the proven resource is decent. The potential resource size if realised could make this a 20-30 bagger. Whats screwing it up is a temporary thing - the management team and its conflict. And funnily enough, being in the PGM market it reminds me so much of RDG before its revival. Its annoying, it really is. Cornhill need to be questioned about the management. They should have done their research on these guys, and the relationship between them. It makes me tempted to think that Cornhills performances have been more due to luck than skill, or simply that the analyst for this stock is a bad apple. Either way, the guy responsible for selling this stock just wasn't on the ball enough to detect this management problem - no excuses. Whatever the cause - hard questions need to be asked. I will watch it, and wait for the management team to get their stuff together. Until then I won't commit, and I certainly won't react to Cornhills say-so. | specul8or2
21/4/2006 23:05 | this company is going to be taken out at silly money ! | trop |
