Director/PDMR shareholding
The Company has been notified by Faisal Rahmatallah, Chairman, of an error in relation to past disclosure of his interest in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Due to a data input error, his interest has been overstated by 3,000 Ordinary Shares since 23 April 2009. Mr Rahmatallah has confirmed he is actually interested in 2,751,067 Ordinary Shares, which represents 7.72 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
