29/1/2008 15:55 | Just taken a small nibble here (that 20,000 trade at 9p was mine), you can trade well within the stated spread. Final Results should be out in March 08. Expected EPS of 1.2p, for the year ended 31 December 2007. With EPS of 0.6p, already achieved for the first half to 30 June 2007. If they (POGL) were to achieve EPS of 1.2p in their Final Results that would put them on a current PE of 7.5 approx. Next years forecast is for EPS of 1.4p (PE of 6.5 approx) Forecasts from Hoodless Brennan Positives: Have got to be POGL are in the Oil/Gas Services sector, one of the few sectors that are not expected to slow down, in this current economic environment. Please DYOR and any feedback would be most welcome. | affc21
29/1/2008 08:46 | MajorLandace Holdings Sdn Bhd 90,000,000 54% Titan Acres Sdn Bhd 60,000,000 36% Global Trader Europe Ltd 8,333,333 5% Listed on AIM on 9th July 1007. Lock-in arrangements: The Vendors will be beneficially interested in 150,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 90 per cent. of the share capital of the Company on Admission and have agreed, subject to certain exceptions (including the discretionary consent of HB Corporate), not to dispose of any interests in the Company's Shares for a period of 12 months from Admission, and thereafter for a period of 12 months to observe certain orderly market provisions. So seems a bit fishy. | taylor20
28/1/2008 22:54 | Often when these sort of trades finally go through, level 2 tends to improve. Not the case here today though, so a bit strange really IMO. It would be good to see an RNS, although some of these foreign companies are not bound by the same disclosure rules. There is very poor liquidity in POGl shares which is certainly not helping matters. I have no position here but reckon that these could really surprise the market, whether or not any investors will care enough to buy in the current market is another issue! I've always been worried by the fact the Hoodless Brennan brought POGL to AIM, not a credible Broker/Adviser IMO. Still an interesting company that shall remain on my watchlist. Dibbs | dibbs
28/1/2008 19:37 | who might have them now, anyone guess? i got in at 18p...not very smart eh...lol all the best | l2e
28/1/2008 15:23 | Yep, 6% of the company in one transaction [10 million shares] is quiet large! An RNS should be due if the trade is valid. This was presumeably the reason for the decline from 18p? Lets hope that's cleared the seller... | taylor20
28/1/2008 14:34 | Wow! that was a large sell | hope67

25/10/2007 07:55 | Can anyone explain why the share price should to continue slide lower on minimal trades when on the face of it POGL looks to be progressing very nicely Regards Kevin | redrigsby

09/10/2007 18:53 | I have quite a few of these and am hoping for a reasonable gain over the next 12 months or so. Another thing is no tax to pay here as well...nice :0) A lot of people say that this sector is boring and prefer the expo companies, I bet they dont think Petrofac is boring and some have dared to compare this little minnow with them. High praise indeed. I believe that there is great value here. I wonder how long the herd will take to get here. any one hear any hoofs yet? I wonder how long 20p will take to be broken. Any experts have any opinions on todays news and POGies future? all the best all | l2e
09/10/2007 15:37 | Excellent news today - this is really going places. | philjeans
26/9/2007 08:48 | The results certainly brought more interest to the share. Largish sizes buying. Saw the Malaysia Sarawak rainforest TRIBE programme last night. Malaysia is destined to use most deforested land for biodiesel plantation. POGL entered this market. Therefore, growth is guaranteed in medium and long terms. Sad about the gradual but certain destruction of the virgin forests though. | ppowerscourt
21/9/2007 13:32 | Trading forward statement: "Throughout the six months under review the group won contracts worth in excess of RM149 million and currently has tenders out for contracts worth a further RM329 million." and "Progress since 30th June 2007 has been satisfactory with revenue and profits in line with management's expectations. The group currently has ongoing contracts and work in progress in excess of RM185 million, over the next 17 months. This includes a contract with Global Bonanza Sdn Bhd to provide full EPCM services for a 100,000 MTPY biodiesel production plant in Kuching, Sarawak. The contract is worth some RM44 million (#6.5m) to POGL and was signed on 4th July 2007." The underlying factor seems favourable for inland Malaysian biodiesel plantation due to labour costs, climate and region. POGL's selection to invest in this newish sector tells of a budding strong strategy to address and subsume the SE Asian market eventually. | ppowerscourt
