Myconate is in the news again. Could it be that the IP agreement with Bayer (RNS 26 April) has unlocked some initiatives? Maybe there are more in the pipeline.

A tip from IC is just about as good of a sell signal as you can get.

Health Care plc ("the Company")
Dual Listing on Channel Islands Stock Exchange.................

Albert Fischer, Chairman, commented: "Importantly, it will also bring the Company within the governance of the UK Takeover Panel."

Now my take on this is that its good long term protection as it will stop a couple of fund managers and a couple of sharks getting together and taking out the company for something stupid like 2.50 or 3.00. I wouldn't like to put a value on things but im sure its well north of 100% current shareprice.

So todays news is a good safe guard for the future for us IMO.

PLANT HEALTH CARE ANNOUNCES SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH JOHN DEERE LANDSCAPES

Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC), a leading provider of naturally derived products
to the agriculture and landscape industries, announces that it has entered into
a multi-year supply agreement with John Deere Landscapes Inc. ("JDL"), the
largest supplier of wholesale nursery and landscape supplies for green industry
contractors in the United States. JDL operates over 300 landscape supply
branches throughout the country.

Under the terms of the agreement, Plant Health Care will supply JDL with
naturally based products for nationwide distribution. JDL will also exclusively
offer Plant Health Care Tree Saver as their preferred tree and shrub mycorrhizal
inoculant. PHC Tree Saver delivers beneficial microbes that help increase plant
survival after planting.

In addition to this agreement, the two companies will continue working together
to develop naturally-based products that meet the growing needs of JDL's
commercial landscape customer base.

PHC gets a half page buy recommendation in today's Shares Mag.

"Plant Health Care to bloom again"

Referring to the recent trading statement they say that Monsanto has "tightened it's stock controls, so in this case deferral of revenue should be just that and no more." They go on to list "several potential catalysts for a share price recovery."

pruncorn

They don't say anything to suggest they might be likely to run out of cash.

Trial results are fantastic. Why is the share price still going down? Is PHC likely to run out of cash?
