26/10/2011 14:01 | Planet Payment (LON:PPT, LON:PPTR and OTCQX:PLPM) today revealed a strong operating performance for the first half of 2011. It explained last month that following discussions with its advisor Deloitte, the group's interim results had been delayed as it made changes to the way it presents revenues in its accounts ahead of the groups IPO into US capital markets. | lucky_punter
29/9/2011 17:17 | Nonsense. There is no fraud. 70% owned by VCs who would have kicked tires. Also Planet filed S1 to trade in the US hiring JP Morgan and William Blair, who too would have kicked tires. The issue here is how to record revenues. Will it be revenues minus charges to give you gross profit. Or will it be gross profit as total revenues. In addition, cash has increased which meant the co made $2.5m in profit last quarter | mike3034
29/9/2011 09:51 | Hmm lets hope for anyone holding this does not develop into some sort of AIM fraud. | envirovision

18/1/2011 21:57 | envirovision spot on Planet Payment seems to have received the Global Payments seal of approval. Well worth looking at Global Payments accounts btw Its not a new relationship as i'm sure you're aware "The agreement announced today expands the current relationship between Global Payments and Planet Payment dating back to November 2007 covering the provision of the Global HomeCurrencyPay service in China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Brunei, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, the Maldives and the Philippines" "The agreements include the offering of Global HomeCurrencyPay, an innovative multi-currency processing solution powered by Planet Payment, to Global Payments' base of ISO and merchant customers in the United States and Canada" It does however cement the relationship and gives PPT increased earning power in the US and Canada. "Agreements" (as opposed to agreement) looks a key word. | electricwarrior
18/1/2011 15:11 | Thats Global Payments Inc. is a decent customer to be working with. | envirovision
10/1/2011 16:06 | cant understand how they can still be loss making though, staggered really. Wonder if PPT are in line for the AIM prize of the year award for talking up your results year after year, is there a catagory for best use of the term EBITA anywhere, PPT would scoop that one for starters. | envirovision
