Pittards (AIM:PTD), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors announces that Matthew David O'Rourke has been appointed Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 June 2016.

He will succeed Jill Williams, who will be stepping down from her role as Finance Director on that date to become a non-executive director of the board, as announced on 22 February 2016. Matthew (aged 46) spent the last nine years with C & J Clark International Ltd latterly as director of Finance Supply Chain and formerly director of Finance UK and Ireland. He is CIMA qualified and has experience with several large retail facing businesses.

There are no further disclosures required to be made in accordance with paragraph (g) Schedule Two, of the AIM Rules for Companies.
