The Company announces that it has granted options over 200,000 Ordinary Shares 
at an exercise price of 3.875p per share to Soumitra ("Mithi") Pathmaranie 
Padmanathan.  These options are exercisable between three and ten years after 
grant provided Mithi Padmanathan continues to be a director of the Company and 
that the closing share price exceeds 10p per share on each day in the 30 days 
period prior to exercise.
