20/1/2008 17:46 | Yes, lets hope so. I'd be happy to exit for over 20p on this one. Only got a few, but they've been all the way down to 1-2p. | topvest
20/1/2008 17:23 | got offered 16p for a few last week but didn't take it interesting times ahead i reckon topvest | ntv
19/1/2008 17:47 | Moved up this week. Anyone get the feeling that something is going to happen here? | topvest
04/12/2007 23:18 | you can still buy in at 20% below sky which seems daft imho | ntv
04/12/2007 08:52 | I agree, although it may make sense to have a UK topco and merge the two business units. We should have some excitement here in 2008. | topvest
03/12/2007 23:38 | topvest agreed re the results most uk companies become unstuck when they venture over there still looks like they are slowly improving might make a profit q4 my guess is they are thinking of doing a reverse takeover here hopefully bulking mkt cap to perhaps £50m might bring some interest | ntv
29/11/2007 21:16 | Sky Fund is a private equity fund that raises money from institutional investors and invests in mature Israeli companies. The Company understands from Sky Fund, that it is interested in consolidation of its interests in the HR sector. Under Israeli Company Law, the Sky consortium cannot buy more than 25% of the share capital of the Company without making a general offer to all shareholders. The approval granted by the Israeli anti-trust authorities is only concerned with the current purchase of 23% of the shares in PTI by the Sky Fund consortium. Any future transactions may be subject to further regulatory approvals. It certainly looks like a transaction may be on the cards here, if you consider what is being said here.Quarterly results weren't great, but still a very sound business. Some value needs unlocking here. | topvest
28/11/2007 23:47 | now that the new share holder is free to do what he wants we might see some serious progress and some add on purchases to grow the company then somebody other than me might pick up some stock | ntv
30/10/2007 22:35 | still wondering what is going to happen here | ntv
25/9/2007 22:06 | mkt still only read the rns about the 17p not taken any notice of the 20% bought at 20p ho hum | ntv
18/9/2007 22:52 | wish i had bought at 2p topvest ;-(( | ntv
18/9/2007 21:55 | For the size and quality of PIAs business, albeit not profitability, PIA has been undervalued for years. If it is to stay listed it needs a step change and a merger or reverse may be that change coming. When you see what rubbish has been floated on AIM for much higher valuations, this was cheap. I also remember this having gone all the way down to 2p which was plain silly. At the end of the day, a change of management and reverse could be what we need. | topvest
18/9/2007 17:49 | slowly ticking up towards the 20p mark | ntv
17/9/2007 23:10 | i wonder whether it will be a total change of direction for pia effectively used as rto? could be interesting as you mentioned topvest as 20p limits the downside | ntv
17/9/2007 23:07 | topvest the guys taking their total to 7% plus had been adding slowly over the last month ,i mentioned it earlier in the thread | ntv
17/9/2007 23:05 | on days like today most investors and traders were looking where they could take profits or limit losses so i guess a lot missed this one | ntv
17/9/2007 23:04 | topvest i tried to add today but mm's wanted a premium so didn't bother and that was for 15k! | ntv
17/9/2007 21:30 | Another fund has also bought 7% at 15.5p. This is definitely in play...it's taken a while, but looks like someone has spotted the value here! | topvest
17/9/2007 21:28 | This is great news......shareholde "SKY Private Equity operates an equity investment fund for which it has raised approximately US$120 million from institutional investors in Israel. The Company understands that SKY holds a controlling interest in Adam-Milo, which competes with PTI's operations in Israel." What would you do if you bought 23% and had a business in another field? What about a merger or a going private deal. If they launch a bid then the price will need to be above 20p I suspect. Maybe they are looking for a reverse takeover- how big is Adam-Milo I wonder? | topvest
17/9/2007 13:19 | i still don't understand why this has not moved higher after recent rns new shareholder buys in at 20p | ntv
12/9/2007 17:53 | Looking back, the fund brought in at 15.7p.. Pretty decent premium to price. Guess that bodes well.. D. | dennisbergkamp
11/9/2007 18:58 | why move today? | cottlet
31/8/2007 22:02 | Results out the other day - look ok and much better than Q1. Any thoughts from others? | topvest
