Looks like 50p is on the cards then.

Not sure how going ex-div means the share price will rise 11%?

Current yield at 45p is around 6.7% and an increase to 50p would reduce yield on current dividend level to 6.0%, which is perhaps a step too far at the moment.

Good dividend cover these days; and those poor void stats show potential for further revenue gain. But disappointed at the continuing NAV attrition.

Headlines look good. 141% divi cover. NAV at 49p. Circa 7% yield paid quarterly. What's not to like?

Managed a top-up @ a smidgeon under 40p this morning. They can now be released onward to that 43.5p/43.75p target!

Bought half back @ 39.44p last week, looks as though I should have bought them all back as they appear to be gearing themselves for a run at the 40p ceiling. A break should take them to 43.5p where the yield would still be 6.9%.

Also taken the turn here - 39.42p average, so over 40p adding in the divi.

They're not really a sale IMO; I just wanted to raise my CASH level a tad!

badtime,

I would want them to drop back to mid 30's to buy them. I just feel they are further through the disposal programme, and closer to distributions.

Tilts ...what attracts you to TEIF rather than APT..the NAV on the property seems less than APT..on the last IMS..when adding back deffered tax it seems much higher...am i being a tad thick here (dont answer that)

Have had a look at DSC, but more likely to add to TEIF in the short term. I've had a nice rotation out of SREI, into APT, into CIC, and then into PCTN. If only I could get compound growth like that all the time.

TILTS - Yes, well you can do so much better by dealing on the book. Still, I'm hoping that they will continue to 40p, will then assess, but as they still yield 7.5% at that level, I may stay with it.

So where do you go next for a property play? APT is off and running ahead of you, though I was lucky enough to get some @ 38p yesterday, so that could recur. How about DSC - have you taken a look at those?

Probably premature...again...but I've taken a nett 3p out of this in less than two weeks, when including the dividend, which in effect was the CIC money being re-cycled.

Ive PCTN and UKCM. DSC another property play worth a look. 3.5% yield but 40% discount to NAV. Soros recently bought 6%.
