11/12/2015 09:29 | Nelson knew about today's RNS way before, hence rat leaving sinking ship. This Mackkenzie bloke has zero credibility and I'm amazed he's still there. Don't trust a word he says. | mr macgregor
11/12/2015 08:14 | Seems to me they have other problems with today`s RNS. Beats me how they say it will not have any significant adverse effect on the balance sheet which was already looking shredded. If one reflects on postings on this thread they have not been particularly welcoming towards the companies PI`s in the past which will not help, and must make it even more difficult to raise further funds I expect. The company looks as though it is living on borrowed time imo. | clocktower
08/12/2015 07:56 | Strange they didn't do it all in one go in my view. DC | daicaprice
08/12/2015 07:49 | Today's RNS makes it pretty clear the reasons for the last few RNS which imo were designed to try and lift the share price Typical, how long before the next round of fund raising? The upside is they might get the fresh blood breathing a bit of life into this dead dog but I have my reservations. | clocktower
30/11/2015 08:05 | "The Group noted in its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2014, published on 2 June 2015, that it was in the process of renewing its bank facilities, with the possibility of seeking additional working capital facilities to finance the expansion of its LED Luminaire business and its Camtronics Vale Limited manufacturing facility." I think it is more than a possibility that they will be seeking additional working capital with today's RNS. They never had any luck trying to hike the share price with the rubbish RNS they have issued over the past weeks. Will they get new money at 1p? | clocktower
24/11/2015 08:02 | They must be getting pretty desperate to issue a RNS like that, just to tell us they have fitted out an exhibition stand. I guess the time must be near to suffer more dilution as they must be running out of cash imo. If things were rosy I bet they would be shouting about it to get the share price up. | clocktower
16/11/2015 17:33 | There was a trading update towards the end of Oct last year and a further update mid-November but nothing so far, overdue! so I am only expecting news of further cash requirements. | clocktower
27/10/2015 08:10 | It looks like the news is designed to try to improve the share price or gain acceptance for more dilution imo. | clocktower
27/10/2015 07:15 | There's the bit of good news before the fundraising, it's now guess the price time but I will be disappointed if it's below 3p. DC | daicaprice
26/10/2015 17:10 | AIM....companies continually asking for money, mainly to keep BOD salaries going, nothing for investors except pipe dreams. | beeezzz
26/10/2015 15:09 | From the current share price performance, looks like it's expected clocktower | gleach23
22/10/2015 16:57 | Must be due soon gleach23 but would not be surprised to hear about a cash injection and more dilution at the same time. | clocktower
13/10/2015 08:15 | Still here with a small position...optimisti Be nice if we had a trading update late Oct/early Nov like last year | gleach23
13/10/2015 07:49 | All quiet here........????? | chrisdgb
30/8/2015 18:37 | Altering daily light-dark cycles affects fertility in middle-aged female mice | maxwellsdemon
27/8/2015 10:29 | Most of them at a much high price though cfb2. They make the mistake of not publishing the terms imo. Its ok to say upon various targets etc but those targets could be raising funds for example that would dilute current holders for all we know. Not likely but possible but I think it was more of a case of saying the share price is low and we are able to make it rise before they go for the fresh funds needed. | clocktower
27/8/2015 09:54 | 13% of the company given as options. That will be a dampener on any serious rise in price. | cfb2
24/8/2015 21:24 | Blimey.....blue is the colour, nobody else notice. | beeezzz
21/8/2015 15:28 | Blimey!!!! | beeezzz
21/8/2015 14:13 | They will need more cash, so the price will be managed up so they can raise the cash at a level that might not upset those that stumped up 7p last time if my memory is correct. | lady liz
21/8/2015 13:02 | agreed eric...market would seem to concur as lid currently coming off price | gleach23
21/8/2015 12:42 | The NonRNS was interesting imo, they seem to have quite a viable offering there if they can halve costs for their customers. | eric76
21/8/2015 12:36 | that's more like it....a 0.5p bump up in the bid :)) chart looking good to 6p for starters | gleach23
21/8/2015 09:53 | another tick up but only to widen the spread - currently 3.75-4.75 online bid has dropped a touch to 3.86p nice closing comment to accompany the interims today though, so hopefully they can post a full year positive EBITDA - "Since April, the business has been adjusted EBITDA positive on a monthly basis, with a rising revenue trend, and the Board anticipates that the Group will sustain adjusted EBITDA profitability over the next six months as our recently introduced fixed lighting products and intelligent Halcyon(TM) lighting system drive revenue growth in the second half of the year and beyond." | gleach23 |
