Perhaps following the questionable example set by 121Media... Andy Croxson has attempted to shed the poor rep associated with his personal brand, by relaunching himself using the name "Andy Sugar". Sadly, he hasn't given up astro-turfing for a living.

Is this a record for how long a company with an iffy business model has kept going ? Was it created just for market trading ? Seems a long time since the supposed transformation from a spyware business into a squeaky clean customer advert-targeting optimisation-enabling strategy-transforming big data marketing services business. (ie. a much better spun-up spyware company).

Interesting to see that our resident rampers don't appear to be able to differentiate between Phluid Media Inc and its parent company, Phorm corporation (Singapore) Ltd. There is, as yet, no evidence that Phorm Corporation has been wound up, merely one of its wholly owned UK subsidiaries. They're not very good at this are they? Keep your eye on Keith Little (ex BT, ex BBC) - he's been in business with Andrew Croxson since 8th March 2016 - about 12 days after Phorm shares were suspended from AIM and just over three months before Mr Little presented his winding up petition for PhluidMedia Inc in the High Court. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/10050428/officers# Now who was Mr Little working for from 2012 to the "present" ? hTTps://www.linkedin.com/in/keith-little-0566aa4 Experience CTO Media and Advertising February 2012 – Present (4 years 9 months) Global online media and advertising startup Might he be an employee of Phorm or PhluidMedia Inc, and be winding them up as a priority creditor due some wages/employee benefits? Not much point in going for any share options I suppose. I wonder if he'll get anything from winding up PhluidMedia Inc. while Andrew Croxson was a director of his new company? Perhaps he could send some of it to the BBC to cover their £120m losses on their failed Digital Media Initiative? http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/bbcinternet/2008/05/interesting_stuff_1052008.html I'm sure the license payers would be grateful. At present the situation does seem very "Fluid" hTTps://www.linkedin.com/company/fluid-vision-systems?trk=ppro_cprof Gosh - there's that word again... Let's hope the official receiver takes a close look at the whole story. From what I read of his time as an official receiver in Cambridge/East Anglia, he can be quite thorough, looking at the directors' behaviour.

Sad this cracking earner has gone. But great that some of us made absolute oodles out of it. Those celebrating will no doubt throw another lump of coal on the fire in their garrets.

perhaps if some company had not tried to monetise isp customers without full informed consent, and intercepted private communications without permission from both parties the "sad oik" might have had a different purpose in life

Andy Pipkin 18 Jul'16 - 09:55 - 51642 of 51646 If the rumours are true about this relisting on Nasdaq at close to £2 a share, when you going to acknowledge, phorm / phluidmedia is a busted flush they shut down, ceased, it is an ex company, no longer listed on any market or likely to be any time read the last few RNS statements, it makes it clear it was being shutdown
