Transaction in own shares

Phaunos Timber Fund Limited announces that on 4 November 2016 the Company purchased 300,000 ordinary shares at no par value, to be held in treasury, at a price of 42 cents per share.

Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 547,854,832 Ordinary Shares with voting rights and in addition 23,360,045 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.

Accordingly, 547,854,832 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
