Trump will lose. Too much of the establishment, media and celebs stacked against him. This has been one of the worst US elections I can remember with two of the worst candidates I can ever recall. Dilution is a red herring imo. This feels like share manipulation to me. Weak holders will sell and regret later. If the acquisition happens pog have a good high quality asset for a reasonable price. If not then they are still in a good position with falling debt and higher production to look forward to.
