What would happen if i decided to keep my shareholding within the new private Company? Could somebody explain in detail the consequences?

they started to drill colon-4 development well already and it must be a good news, however, it will do not affect share price any more.

I notice that the company organising the share exchange is making a tidy cut on this too..plus with Halifax sounds like you'll have to get the Share Cert at a charge as they wont be offering the 3rd party matching based on what they sent out today

Investors cheered Petrolatina Energy on Thursday, chasing it nearly 10% higher on news a 3rd party trading facility has been set up with £3.4m available to acquire shares from minority holders at 19.5p, a 22% premium to yesterday's closing price ahead of de-listing from AIM to take place next month. The Company listed in 2005 at an equivalent 350p therefore its exit from AIM represents a loss of some 94.4%.

many thanks for your warning,

however, at that time, the share price is lower than my average cost already, i thought the MBO should be similar as what Juan paid for, which is 40-45P, not half of these.

it's a very painful lesson here.

more than £200K written off.

i have to leave it to middle april 2012 to sell to offset my next finicial year possible gains.

they know the drilling news would affect the share price so they hide it here.

they are busy with drilling this year and they did not show us their drilling plan,..


all of these are to depress the share price so they can buy it cheaply.

It would have been unwise to sell in the last 6 months perhaps as the share price was below 19.5p for that time .Think positive no dealing fees when they relese cash .lol
