|TD Direct haven't been as prompt so Ill be interested to see how I've fared... particularly after their lousy fx into GBP !|
|Result,GBP now paid into my account, nearly covered my original stake which I had more or less wrote off, so well happy.|
|3.71 per share.(dollars)|
|I don't know what debt has got to do with it. They are buying your equity in the company|
|they might have some debt to pay off, but i think we might have more than 100P per share left for us.|
|About 140m shares in issue according to 2015 Return|
|Anyone else still here? I see there is now a takeover at $500m +. Equates I think to about $3 per share. I held on so I hope my reading is right !
|They will find a way to make them worth very little IMHO . DYOR|
|WHAT IF U KEEP A HOLD OF YOUR SHARES|
|Moneybags13 .That's bl00dy criminal.Would ditch Halifax once this gets sorted.
In my case I held certificates and chose not to deal with Optivia .I sent my certificates to my Broker Hargreaves Lansdown who registered them into crest in a Vantage share account I set up with them. They then disposed ASAP at the 19.5p and the money went into this Vantage account no problems. They are very good brokers compared with some others.|
|For those who still have the shares and want to sell, you will have to act quickly. 16th April deadline.
From the RNS 16th Feb
Accordingly, in order to assist those Minority Shareholders who wish to dispose of their Ordinary Shares and realise their investment in the Company, TOGI and Rorick have engaged the services of Optiva Securities Limited to operate the Third-Party Trading Facility to acquire, on behalf of TOGI and Rorick, Ordinary Shares held by those Minority Shareholders who wish to sell, for a period of two months from the date of the Circular, ending on 16 April 2012 (subject to extension by TOGI and Rorick, acting in their absolute discretion), at a set price in cash of 19.5 pence per Ordinary Share ...

|Hi there is an option to retain these shares in the private company - is this not a good thing to do or a bit stupid. Never owned shares in a private company like this.|
|sorry to be lazy but what is the background here? Did the management just decide to take it private?
|Goodbye everyone, 19.4p exit price|
|Did anyone attend this morning's meeting ?|
|This thread has gone very quiet. Does this mean all PELE shareholders have disposed of their holdings?|
|Got a contract note from my brokers Hargreaves Lansdown today informing me all my shares in PELE were SOLD @19.5p with a settlement date of 7th March. No commission charges on the note so I assume they managed to sell them in a bulk deal to Optiva.
Must say I am very happy with HL as a broker ,they are very good ,I have never had any trouble with them.
Since I held the shares in certificate form I decided to open a HL Vantage share account rather than register with Optiva. It was a matter of sending the certificates to HL and transferring them to my new Vantage account .They did the rest and disposed of the holding.
Hope this helps anyone who has not yet disposed of their holding and unsure of what to do if they hold them in certificate form.|
|had lunch yesterday with one of my friends who is a fund manager.
he said we were possible to sue them if it's on the main market, he is not sure on the AIM, but we should seek indepedant legal advice.
he also mentioned that those small english brokers like Stand Hanson, OPL,ect they have to survive at this kind of high competitive business and they bend down the rules very far some times to please their clients. those trick to keep the share price down for long time and shake us out is not Luk can do so easily, he must get advice from his broker/proffesionals from UK who know our PIs very well.
if we want to invest heavily in AIM, simple way to reduce the risk is better to select the ones with the american / Canadia big brokers.
i believe what he said is very useful for my future investment,|
|Had about 60% of my PELE holding in my SIPP (Sippdeal) and had to sell via them ... charged £29 for the transaction. (loss about 50%)
The other 40% is with Selftrade which I've not sold yet.|
|Me too Don but fortunately a much smaller holding.|
