10/4/2016 11:39 | Once again, especially with Aim companies, the directors are paid over inflated salaries, turn a world class asset into a disaster and walk away unscathed. They need to be held to account and stripped of their own assets. When is the law going to protect private investors? What are the scenarios if I don't accept the offer? | dj2

08/4/2016 21:58 | Big Brain has only one goal and that making sure his pockets are well stuffed a bit like his plate.Wee Tom has lost all credibility by hanging on the BB coat tails for so long. The moral of the story is that leaving an inept BOD in place results in catastrophic losses for shareholders.GLTA | seangwhite

08/4/2016 13:33 | bod total inept and maybe should be investigated , were blindsided by wv debt buyout but should have anticipated it ? only hope remaining debt holders have a plan need a new buyer to up the price, have the banks the appetite | rallyman2
08/4/2016 13:27 | Used to be a holder some time back. Can't believe how this Co was allowed to get into this position. BOD should be taken out and.... even for telling shareholders not to take any action when WV first announced offer. share price was higher then and peeps could have achived more in the market. Instead they imply they have a cunning plan. Like fo ok! Protecting their own pay-offs was the only plan they had. Wouldn't it be better for the suspension to be lifted and see what happens with regards to any White Knight. But with WV owning so much of the debt now, that probably won't happen. But who knows? | gerhart

07/4/2016 08:50 | It looks as though there are some people who want to trade at 3.5p, which is a large premium to the recommended bid by Worldview. The 32,400 just printed is my buy, but I still have over 350,000 to go to close my short. See below: If anyone wants to sell their PCI shares at 3.5p, please get your broker to contact Ken at Cambell O'Connor (tel 00 353 (1) 679 1969). Non-negotiable on price, sorry. I am short from a lot higher up, so happy to pay a slight premium to the bid price to release funds immediately, rather than wait for the takeover process to complete. WShak | wshak
06/4/2016 23:03 | Well it certainly took something major to get Big Brain pushed aside. His words of 'transformational' we're poignant in hindsight. Wee Tom must surely wish he had jumped ship a whole back.GLTA | seangwhite
