More concerned at another set of friends in Libya, now making their way to the Algerian or Niger border not too far away from Isarene, quicker and safer than traveille to Tripoli. No Libyan border controls at all in this part of the world, and less tense than in past

flow test might not be mega as its a vertcal well for delineating the field rather than one to test production.
