15/5/2008 16:32 | Well, i just had me a few more. Looks like she's moving on the JSE. | bushtuckaman
15/5/2008 15:58 | The spread has narrowed from 3p to 1.5p, and a BUY of 25,000 went through this afternoon (quite a large trade for PTMN). | lobby ludd
06/5/2008 12:27 | Whilst trawling the net I came across this article in which Danko Konchar chairman of Kermas states in Sept. 2006, "that it could list in London and Jhb within the next two to three years to raise the funds it needed for an expansion program. A primary listing would be on the LSE" Is this the reason why it is involved with PTMN? Another interesting bit of news is that Cronimet the German mining company is to develop a chrome mine/s at Northam (is this where the Samancor mines are?) in South Africa and would be looking at perhaps building a smelter in SA, Botswana or Mozambique or Asia depending on energy costs. | kayaks
29/4/2008 18:15 | Looking at CZA the company that bought the Boabab rights, perhaps PTMN was to hasty in selling. No advice intended | kayaks
29/4/2008 10:04 | Thanks Acamas. | tamtoni

29/4/2008 10:03 | Tamtoni, It is towards the end of The Interim Results. It uses the exact wording as that of 23 April | acamas
29/4/2008 09:57 | Below is the statement of 23 Apr, but I cannot seem to find the cautionary statement of 10 March. Can anyone direct me to it? Thanks. "Further to the cautionary announcement dated 10 March 2008 shareholders are advised that negotiations are still in progress which, if successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of Petmin's securities." | tamtoni
28/4/2008 11:02 | another little topup for me. just waiting to get out of another share and i'll be back again for more. Coal reserves in SA. Buying this is a no brainer ! | max101

28/4/2008 10:25 | Acamas, you mentioned this on another board, so I had a look, decided to join the party and bought some this morning. | lobby ludd
28/4/2008 09:59 | When phase 2 is completed on 30 April 2008 this share should show more activity, look at www.petmin.com/ir/se | kayaks
25/4/2008 18:16 | This looks like a nice growth company to me. Stick with it until something goes sour. I bought it solely for the coal aspects. I thought they could act as a support service to other industries. Good to see it has broken through 30p ceiling should now motor on a few more pence | acamas
25/4/2008 16:36 | Yes, just a look at the production numbers in the RNS of 3/10/08 shows the potential here. Hard to go wrong with Coal and Iron ore close to Indian markets. Also noted they have addressed backup power generation at SamQuarz and Somkhele coal mine and a investigating doing so for the other Springlake coal mine. | bushtuckaman
25/4/2008 16:23 | i think this has a long way to go yet. i started picking these up when i saw the directors buying and saw that they have coal as well as iron ore projects and are already profitable. this stock is a hiden coal play they have a huge coal property. | armand traore
25/4/2008 16:17 | I agree AT, certainly an interesting one. This is a new one to me, but their does seem to be something afoot. I had some a few days ago, wish i'd got more now. | bushtuckaman
25/4/2008 15:48 | from the last set of iterims, perhaps there is some news due on this deal. added some more today looks very cheap imo. - Veremo Until the completion of Phase 2 of the acquisition of Veremo (estimated to be 30 April 2008), Petmin is managing the process of procuring an updated bankable feasibility study on the Veremo project. Due to the importance of the project, Petmin has agreed to the appointment of Bradley Doig as a director of Veremo in this interim period. Petmin's management team is continuing to evaluate value enhancing propositions to increase shareholder wealth. | armand traore
23/4/2008 17:53 | Hi there, they came out with a similar statement in 2007 when disposing of Baobab for 2.5 million. should be good news again hopefully...imo | dbh1234
23/4/2008 11:49 | I suspect they are in some type of takeover talks. They are probably at a delicate stage. I cannot think it is anything that would seriously effect the share price on a downwards base. I have no inside information and am attempting to read between the lines | acamas
23/4/2008 11:32 | Anybody out there?? any ideas re- todays cautionary RNS. very strange | yet another final |
