Dividend Announcement and Notice of Interim Results

The directors of the Company are pleased to announce that the third dividend for 2016 of 5.50p per share will be paid on 23 September 2016 to members on the register on 2 September 2016. Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 1 September 2016.

This dividend is the third of the four dividends expected to be announced this year and represents an increase of 5.26% over the equivalent period last year.

Furthermore, the Group expects to announce its Interim Results for the six month period ended 30 June 2016 on Tuesday 20 September 2016.
