So based on todays comment Psn and brexit,
For the right company and right price there really hasnt been that much affect
Now what will the Divi be on Psn as last time it was £1.10 per share
Will additional Insti buy now based solid figures on Dii yeild

TRADING UPDATE - 5 JANUARY 2017

Persimmon plc announces the following update ahead of its Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2016, which will be released on 27 February 2017.

Revenues for 2016 of £3.14bn were 8% higher than the prior year (2015: £2.90bn) with legal completion volumes increasing by 599 new homes to 15,171 (2015: 14,572). The Group's average selling price increased by 4% to c. £206,700 (2015: £199,127).

The Group's private sales rate for the second half of the year was 15% ahead of the prior year and second half legal completion volumes of 7,933 were 695 stronger than for the first half of the year (H1: 7,238).

It was on the news yesterday about more houses needed
mentioned number of villages and towns
agreed that it will help all house builders
i wonder how much of impact will it happen on PSN and the new Bricky being built in domcaster

Haven't caught up yet..no info other than your content and general policy for more buildings. Feel all builders will only build at slow sustainable rate..can't suddenly build extra to fill gap then scale back making tradesmen more work then redundant.
Hope not co-erced into low cost housing on land earmarked for premium buildings with like margins.

I am 58.9 - finsished work 2 years ago after transferring pension pot to self and doing nicely.
This has global accessability, business/investing is interesting..but try to find something more fulfilling and healthy ;-)
For me it has been mountain biking.
If you have health, then I'd say try to find something fun outdoors..though amittedly limited in dank cold UK.
Your News year resoltion - to find that new challenge. :-)
