The People's Operator (AIM: TPOP), the cause-based commercial mobile virtual network operator, announces that on 6 October 2016 it was informed that on 5 October 2016 James Rosenfeld (a Non-Executive Director of the Company) and Matthew Rosenfeld had transferred a total of 21,639,133 ordinary shares of GBP0.0005 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), previously jointly held by them, to the following individual holders at nil cost (the "Transfer"):

   --      James Rosenfeld - 5,409,784 Ordinary Shares 
   --      Matthew Rosenfeld - 16,229,349 Ordinary Shares 

Of the 16,229,349 Ordinary Shares registered in Matthew Rosenfeld's name, 5,409,783 Ordinary Shares are beneficially owned by him, 5,409,783 Ordinary Shares are beneficially owned by Joanna Rosenfeld and 5,409,783 Ordinary Shares are beneficially owned by Naomi Rosenfeld.

Following the Transfer, James Rosenfeld, Matthew Rosenfeld, Joanna Rosenfeld and Naomi Rosenfeld are each interested in approximately 7.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
