you haven't learnt anything

the chief lesson you should learn is that you are thick and should not invest on your own behalf

Thanks bozzy_s, I will check that! :)

P.S.

The main and perhaps the most powerful lesson I've learnt here is that there should be an agreed yearly dilution limit.

In my humble opinion NO BoD should be given a sole power to issue "unlimited" amount of shares per calendar year without a General meeting (e.g. subject to 75%+ shareholders approval).

Otherwise it turns to be a PTV case scenario where shareholders are constantly paying for company's risks / mistakes...

As expected from your posts 123Trev: a form without content yet again, no examples given, only some REPEATED generalisations I find them 0-value no more no less...

Do you always that eager to comment on the stocks that have CLN's agreements in place? LOL

I guess most of AIM companies are dangling some sort of "carrot" in front of PIs nose but again which direction most AIM "success stories" are trending after a while?

;)

Lol,lack of substance was here way before your ramping drivel and armed with all the facts mate not bloody airy, fairy, pipe dreams that you spouted this lot couldn't make money even when they had contracts a cursory look at previous accounts might of helped you to not lose money and look so stupid.

123Trev, maybe your arguments lack of substance so no one is listening to you or see potential scaremongering in your posts instead? LOL

bozzy_s, could you name a few successful on AIM?

As I have mentioned on numerous occasions, shares such as these should be illegal. Zero accountability on funds raised, zero control on issue price, zero control on share price manipulation. As already mentioned, a million pound invested a few years ago in the bank would still be a million pounds......

Don't just presume the dilutions will continue forever a) two new directors who are suppose to be working for the shareholders b) alternative funding options being looked at c) the knowledge that the old directors are walking on thin ice so might already be "happy" to stop dilutions d) there might be orders in the pipelines. Yes, I might be clutching at straws but if you are still holding here surely it's either because there is little point in selling (as holdings are less than £100) or you are banking on something positive happening here?

But I must say that could be years away I really worry about the intelligence of folks in this country I really do.
