Bill, it's been a scam I'm afraid, and we had a small sliver of profit we 'could' have taken for a day or so.But we didn't, as always I was chasing the dream which doesn't exist on AIM I'm afraid.Now, we will be mired at this level, hoping for news which never comes, until such a time as the company does more placing sand is eventually wound up.

The TR1 cannot come can it? I think Toolsmoker is either mistaken, naive or simply lying. I hope it's not the latter.You see, if one investor absorbed all of those placing shares, it would have given them a greater than 29% stake in the company. In that instance, they are required to take a seat on the board, and may be required to complete a takeover of the company.Stock market rules, are RULES!

Festario No smoke without fire I believe something was going on Hope it wasnt insider trading as the volume of shares going through the books has been substantial. All dampened down now and happy that RP will move this forward. Curious that no TR1 has been issued which implies there isnt going to be one

I don't think Nick was into that, but I think something was not right. Probably didn't like that he messed up on CPDC and caused the share price to dive from 6p to sub 0.5p.

It's conceivable that the CEO was removed due to making grandiose and untrue claims about 'deals in the pipeline'It's also possible he created the pump and dump to benefit from the share price increase.I'm not saying that it's true at all, but he was hastily removed so soon after talking about these 'deals'The company, in that hypothetical situation would have no choice but to cut ties with him, rather than be tainted with accusations of market manipulation.

All about Richard Poulden and the Chinese who I believe collectively own circa 400m shares just under 30% of the company.They are totally focused on Chine and have shut down the London office.Next RNS will see this move They have 1.4M in cash and recent placing was done at o .14 RP will be keen for this to do well.Personally I am following the man and I expect our chairman to deliver.Nice to see activity on the shares has fallen.Time to wait and see what happens.Lots of rumour mongering going on but personally believe this is a Phoenix waiting to happen

That's clear now and it does not look good does it? Removed is not a term usually used....suggests something more than difference of opinion. Hum....oh well. May tank back to .1 I am afraid. Deals ....where ???
