424M shares traded today and 75% of the trades were buys. One can assume from that the placing shares have been froward sold and hoovered up Expecting further clarification from the company ie PCGE re todays RNS. I believe we have removed the agency arrangement with The CEOs company and are now no longer requiring th POA arrangement and Nick is now working exclusively for PCGE only!!

None of us know a thing!! The price soared 80 per cent and we all had a chance to take a profit. I don't think this is a new placing. Just an extension. We need to know more about the CEO sit. Made a nice bit of money on this stock to date and see another opp coming here. If the price had soared to .7 or something I could understand the gloom.

Festario, private investors have and always will be at the bottom of the food chain. I've yet to come across anyone in this business who genuinely has the interests of others at heart.

You make your own decisions good or bad and you take it on the chin when you get it wrong. I ignore rampers and derampers but have no time for anyone pretending they are wiser than everybody else and it usually starts with "I told you so"

Nick Bryant promises much and delivers little. Poulden sorted out Bryant's last balls-up now he's sorted him out and good for him. I don't see Bryant coming back.

Somebody likes the story as the placings have been easy to get away. What that story is is anybody's guess.

Still a trading opportunity in my view.

Wow, i was wrong. Hands up! Didn't expect ANOTHER placing.

I'm still in this share. Nick hasn't gone, they've paid off the consultancy (if you read the statement), which might suggest he's coming onboard permanently. In recent interviews he's always stated that good deals are in place, so why would they rid themselves of the person creating them?

The question really is who may replace nick . Potentially this new placee who has all this stock ?Maybe it's someone football related with all the contacts needed ?One thing i will say is there is no way they can do another placing after this before some good news is released which is why it's a strong buy here for me .

Wow this is strange. I can understand the placing because the market had no stock left and it sounds like it was just an extension of the first placing on the same terms. Those shares are long gone. But getting rid of the CEO as well? Where next? The company has a lot of cash now to tempt someone new in I guess. Bought today myself to replace some of the stock I sold at .22. I doubt anyone will lose on this stock. Hardly gone crazy in price and it has about 1.6 million in cash now.

Now why has the Chairman removed the CEO at same time? Much more to thus than first glance and expect next news will be massive.
