ChaddersWell there is your answer - they have run out of money so they have raised £2 million by issuing of more shares. Hoping that no one notices me thinks. Looks like they given up getting the money owed by the big client. I wondered if we will get a q3 trading update issued on xmas day.

I'm wondering why they haven't run out of cash. They only had 60K left of the 400K they raised from the deeply discounted placing at the time of the trading update. Could they actually be generating free cash from operations?

Cynic I think, just having a bounce from a low, has fallen from .275 on little volume, won't take much to get back there and that's near in 100% from here imho dyor

Looking over sold here now, the kind of graph that I like, sold off no news then all of a sudden a pick up, at one point up 40% still closed up 20% on good volume, someone wants them, start of a run back to .275?, can see a few good days here in run up to Xmas all imho dyor

if you can sell at 0.12 and take up the placing at say 0.08 it makes sense.

Agreed Mark, You don't delay your trading update because of good news. The dispute has put them into a loss & hence the extraordinary AGM to announce the placing. This is in a death spiral or will take a long time to recover. As Holder I hope it's the later.

Cold Blow - are you sure they are making money? - they might still be making some revenue but I suspect they are making losses - profits I don't think so.

Look at the share price chart does it tell you something?

Back in March before CPCD blew up in their faces the share price should be much higher as you say but now with a CPCD on life support and funds short - you saw the EGM notice? you are probably looking at an share price of 0.10p as you can bet before the end of December the directors will allocate a billion shares if they can find takers to raise a million pounds to fund their exciting football future.
