Accordingly, the Company can confirm that it remains in constructive discussions
with its finance providers as part of its review of the options to establish a
more appropriate long term capital structure as announced on 18 June 2009. The
Board remains confident that these discussions will lead to an appropriate long
term capital structure. In the meantime, the Company's debt providers remain
supportive of the business and the Company is not in default of its banking
facility agreements.

Payzone Ireland are delighted to announce a new Partnership with Chorus & NTL a UPC company.



From Monday the 3rd of August selected Payzone outlets will be able to accept Chorus & NTL bills.



This partnership adds to the already excellent suite of bills accepted on the Payzone terminal.

Payzone Ireland Announce New Waste Partner Mulleady's Waste in the Midlands

Payzone Ireland are delighted to announce Mulleady's Waste as a new waste partner in the Midlands. Mulleady's Ltd. are located on a 9 acre site at Cloonaugh, Drumlish, Co. Longford and currently employ over 70 people. operating in a modern Materials Recovery Facility which is fully licenced by the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency). Mulleady's licence allows them to take up to 95,000 tonne of waste per year. Accepting solid non-hazardous waste comprising of domestic, commercial, industrial and construction and demolition wastes. Mulleady's are also permitted waste collectors in the Midlands, Connaught, Northern Eastern and Cork Regions.

"We are well researched in the area of waste management and have incorporated best available techniques with regard to waste management. Our waste management infrastructure is in keeping with current Government legislation and with the Midlands Waste Management Plan. We strive to be one of the most forward thinking waste companies in the midlands."

South Dublin County Council waste payments NOW on the Payzone terminal!!

As of now Payzone agents in the South Dublin County Council areas will be able to take waste payments on behalf of SDCC.

Residents in the SDCC area will be issued with a payment card which is linked to their waste account when they wish to make a payment they simply bring their card into a Payzone shop and hand over their card and ask for lift credit.

This new process will eliminate the need for bin tags in SDCC areas.

This is an excellent partnership which adds excellent value to our ever growing suite of utility payments.

NEOVIA contract win 9th nov no rns A note from broker James Hollins at Daniel Stewart read: "The net cash position remains strong, and we are encouraged by the multitude of recent and significant contract wins in the group's NetBanx processing business."

Recent contract wins and renewals include More Th>n, NPower, the extensions of its Ukash deposit option with Wallet One (W1) in Russia and the CIS, Payzone in the UK and Euronet Worldwide subsidiary epay in Poland; and a landmark deal with PayPal, the payments arm of online auction giant eBay, to include PayPal in the payment means offered by sites using Neovia's Netbanx payments system.

Other highlights during the period included the official removal of the threat of legal prosecution agasint Neovia in the US after the expiry of the company's Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA) from the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.

Prepay mobile broadband customers can now top up via Payzone retail outlets

Payzone electronic top-up services have now been extended to mobile broadband.

Mobile broadband was previously only available via credit and debit card purchases. Mobile broadband top-up vouchers are now available at 30,000 Payzone terminals across the UK, commonly found in convenience stores such as newsagents, petrol stations and off-licences.

Payzone UK managing director Bill Thomson said: "This is a great new service offered at Payzone stores. Mobile phone customers only need to purchase a single voucher to top up their phone and mobile broadband, which they can do at any of our outlets located across the UK."

Payzone has signed a two-year contract to provide mobile top-ups at check-outs in Waitrose stores across the country.

"The contract boosts Payzone's position as a market leader of cash acceptance networks and demonstrates Payzone's flexibility to service all types of retail businesses, from well-known multiples to local shops," said Bill Thomson, managing director of Payzone UK.

A spokesman for Waitrose added: "We are always looking at ways we can improve our service to customers and making mobile top-up available at all checkouts is another way to achieve that."

The electronic payment service provider has also signed up several more local authorities and housing associations to its network.

Consumers will now be able to pay rent at almost 2,000 retailers, located in Birmingham, Cannock, Dacorum, Hounslow, Leeds, Luton and Yorkshire.
