23/4/2009 08:35 | just wondering ..... payzone is closing germany, Italy, and what more? If closed will that not give more money in the pocked?? | casperaji
21/4/2009 10:46 | Badlad - thanks for the update. It's obvious that we are all feeling the same frustrations and it's infuriating that the management still maintain their code of silence. They don't seem to grasp the fact that bad news after bad news after bad news affects client confidence as well as shareholder confidence. How can they expect to win new accounts or retain existing accounts, when it is obvious that the business is in deep trouble and the management are offering absolutely no information to generate confidence? I hate to say it because it will cost me a lot of money, but I reckon Alan Shearer has more chance of saving Newcastle Utd than the management have of saving this business - and I reckon Shearer has an impossible task... And still no sign of the one-time business supporter theReaperU - I wonder if they're busy looking for additional wharehousing in which to store all the unused ATMs?? | fatcol
20/4/2009 22:23 | Bank Machine have installed numerous through window ATMs where payzone had internal, - I also have seen PODs of Bank Machines and Payzone internals sat in Welcome Break sites turned off - As Danny678 says and Bad Lad - if these machines are placed into storage then those 120 ATMs that were once an Asset making money have suddenly become a Liability in a big way, Not making money in storage, costing money in storage, and if there is no sales team to rectify this problem its going to be a costly exercise... | burgerking2008
20/4/2009 21:02 | Fat Col - my information is that in the past Payzone had over 5500 ATMs installed in the UK, it is close to the 3000 mark now so I guess 2500 ATMs are gathering dust in various warehouses in the South East Region. If Payzone already had a few ATMs in stock at its peak then I would guess we have as many in stock as we do installed and working. Would be a good question to ask management! Cazzlad - re Welcome Break look at Bank Machine's web site - looks like a very new ATMs installed by them at Welcome Break sites, so I would guess another 120 ATMs pulled and added to stock pile. | badlad21
20/4/2009 20:59 | I have seen some pods at welcome break and payzone ones still there but switched off. Probably haven't got the skillsets to do a migration, or might not know what one is?? I here there are only 2 sales execs left, a tall order to ask them to get them all out of storage and instaled. We need the new MD to give us an update asap. | danny678
20/4/2009 17:58 | here here Burgerking. I wouldn't be surprised if the ATMS are garthering dust somewhere along with the other few thousand!!!... costing the company more money storing them than being in the ground!!! But saying that does anyone know if Welcome break migrated the original ATMS? I bloody hope so... if not it will have cost Payzone a lot more money/organisation and we all know that organisation isn't Payzones strong point. | cazzad
20/4/2009 10:25 | Fatcol, I agree with you. The phrase "no news is good news" doesnt seem to assure me at all. Is it that there is nothing but bad news and to much of it? - reeps any news from you as you must still be reading these coments. | burgerking2008
20/4/2009 06:07 | I didn't know all those contracts had been lost badlad. Presumably they have been rplaced or are the atms just warehoused? | danny678
19/4/2009 23:55 | bad times still... | burgerking2008

16/4/2009 19:35 | Still no comments? | burgerking2008
15/4/2009 21:21 | hmmmm, yes maybe BANK Machine had a better weekend | burgerking2008
15/4/2009 15:34 | Is very quiet - did we have a record breaking Easter for transactions? - Oh on second thoughts highly unlikely since this is the first Easter without the Welcome Break, Total UK, Naafi, Woolworths and Park Garages sites ATMs!! | badlad21
14/4/2009 18:21 | Any news after Easter- All seems to be quiet here, | burgerking2008
07/4/2009 12:51 | and installing a TTW in everyone!!!!! | cazzad
06/4/2009 16:19 | Take the company on a staff day out Skiing to boost moral...... (if there was money available, as Bad Lad says)... - o r i wonder if most staff are on holiday have they gone skiing!! Downhill seems to be Payzones fortay at the moment... Well that is how the graphs read!! | burgerking2008
03/4/2009 16:31 | Well Said Fat Col, I also had shares under the past team, and there was never a word from the current team off what has been going on or the future Plans - Reaper said he/she would be happy to talk about the future, so if there is any news please share....... | burgerking2008 |
