As I am aware Cardpoint wanted Loomis to do the full service but Loomis are not intrested. As I am told Wincor are giving a poor service. loomis will make more money doing first line jobs than taking on the full contract. £100 per call out they are getting. Brinks took cardpoint for millions but revenue to loomis is a lot lower as loomis engineers are getting Wincor out to fix the machines when they go down, but before Brinks engineers where getting paid per call out so they wanted the atm's down as much as possible to make more money for themselves.

Rumours that Loomis are very intrested in buying over the atm side of the business. If you check the trades for the last month they have all been buys.

i dont think Bank Machine are not a threat to Payzone as the atm's market is concerned.

I think survival is likely in the short term given the debt pile - RBS and the PE will not want to lose that much, not whilst there is the cash flow to support it and start on the repayments.

The question will resurface when the begging bowl comes out again.

Agree with you though about the share price - more chance of seeing Arthur Anderson resurrected

I wonder what Bob Thian is up to now. He was the one that started the destruction of this business and the sp, and yet he managed to walk away with a nice £1M pay off - about 10% of the businesses current market cap.

I doubt that I, like many others, will get back my initial investment, and I would consider it a miracle if the share price ever reached the Cardpoint peak of £1.50. You have to wonder whether the business will actually survive.

What a company - it now has a market cap of less than 10% of its debt - Im sure that isnt a record in these interesting times, but why do i have to be invested in it.....?

Barry Maloney certainly got this one totally wrong.
In firing Nagle he has destroyed this company and shareholder value.
