Remember to make a note of this management and their names. If you ever see them in other business' avoid investing. My loss is like many, through their management and my stupidity in believing in the early days. Best wishes everyone.

http://www.siliconrepublic.com/news/article/15156/business/duke-capital-has-stake-in-payzone Irish electronics payment company Payzone has received an investment €45 million from private equity group Duke Capital for a 69pc stake in the company. Payzone's banks will also take an equity stake of 16pc, while several members of management will take 15pc of the company. The amount of debt Payzone owes banks AIB, Bank of Ireland, Royal Bank of Scotland and Abbey National will be reduced from €320 million to €82 million following the deal. Shares in Payzone, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange, were suspended on Friday pending the outcome of the deal. The company will delist from AIM when the deal is completed

http://www.irishtimes.com/newspaper/finance/2010/0206/1224263886831.html PAYZONE IS close to a refinancing deal that will see a private equity firm take a stake in the business alongside a group of the company's bankers. Management is also likely to take a holding, while existing shareholders will see the value of their positions wiped out.

Another dodgy AIM outfit royally screws the PI : While discussions are still ongoing, it is likely that any new capital structure for the business will result in no value for existing shareholders.

swalsmith - 8 Dec'09 - 21:18 - 526 of 529 yes but please explain a +92% blue tick!? =============================== Risk your neck then and buy ... it is next to nothing as that is what has been practically promised to the shareholder. I am not sure why people ask too many questions here ... just avoid and move on or buy and risk it all.
