27/5/2016 21:56 | This is my problem with this share. I simply don't trust that management are acting to drive shareholder value. Even the most recent rns putting in writing (although very casually) that we were trading at 50% of nav, buried, well after 5pm. Imagine the mtr spin here... They've made a lot of right moves and I'm not asking for lenigas style ramping but aim is not a perfect market and if you don't make a little noise then the shares slide. | trojanpony
24/5/2016 22:36 | Going to be hot tomorrow | sweepie2
18/5/2016 12:03 | If they sell at that price they are idiots | luckyphilip
18/5/2016 08:06 | What's wrong with paternoster ? Ppg rising nicely. Why isn't this helping prs? | luckyphilip
25/4/2016 21:23 | Hope you are right but the current assets to valuation make it likely a large discount will prevail re MTR , but happy to be proved wrong ... | ramas
25/4/2016 11:45 | MTR might not drop post any MTR fund raise, Ramas, if they have one they won't go the traditional city discount route, they have interest from longer term investors, they don't like flippers. When Nick updates on Q1, which he seems enthusiastic about doing soon, it might be pleasant reading. | paleje
23/4/2016 08:56 | Probably going to take a hit as MTR drops post placing .... Nevertheless I still like PRS as a place for some speculative fun , in case one of their investments comes good .... I'd like to see them take a decent stake and add ARS and AAU to their basket . | ramas
13/4/2016 20:32 | It was also good to see the BOD actually comment on the ALO news today, perhaps Nick and Matt are starting to realise the importance of good comm's....GL S | swizz
13/4/2016 08:31 | MTR now ALO. It's not been a bad couple of months for PRS | 6ste
13/4/2016 08:26 | Indeed, good time to top up here IMHO - but pls do your own research :-) . DL | davidlloyd

08/4/2016 15:37 | Interesting news just out from PXOG, in relation to Elephant Oil where we own a chunk of equity,....GL S Elephant Oil Limited ("Elephant") The Company has today acquired 587,120 new Ordinary Shares in Elephant Oil for a consideration of £100,000, and now holds a 2.54% interest in the company. Elephant is a UK based oil exploration company with a focus on onshore West Africa. Its primary asset is Block B, an exploration block in Benin. The directors of Prospex have been following this company for a number of years and believe it is now an ideal time to invest. The directors believe the company has made good progress with its asset in this time and to a level that Prospex believe that industry interest may lead to a significant event that can unlock the company's intrinsic value. The board believe that African oil and gas assets valuations have reset themselves having stayed higher for longer before the correction in hydrocarbon prices and believe the investment is consistent with the Company's investment strategy being a minority position in an unquoted company with the potential for growth. The investment increases the range of investments by introducing an additional upstream element to the portfolio. As set out in Elephant's last published accounts (unaudited) for the year ending 31 January 2015 the company reported zero revenue, a loss before taxation of £196,044 and total assets of £1,799,301. | swizz
06/4/2016 08:38 | There is robust selling into the face of this rise in recent days ... Potentially sewing the seeds for a super spike even higher than the last high ... Watching with interest | ramas
06/4/2016 08:18 | Ramper on the payroll:) MTR holding is getting a boost too, their Aus partner MOD has been suspended pending announcement by Fri am. | paleje
06/4/2016 08:07 | Good to see Amanda joining as NED .... Will get some exposure out there | ramas
05/4/2016 08:11 | ALO ALO.... Following Admission, Paternoster will be interested in 433,501,250 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.1 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued ordinary share capital. Mark Jones, CEO of Alecto, commented: "I look forward to having Paternoster as a significant shareholder. They have a strong track record of working, supportively, with successful companies as longer term shareholders." Nicholas Lee, Chairman of Paternoster, commented: "We believe that the Company has been making excellent progress with its recent acquisition such that now is a good time to convert our holding of Convertible Loan Notes into equity in order to benefit fully from Alecto's expected progress in the short to medium term as a supportive shareholder." | cpap man
05/4/2016 08:09 | That's a nice paper profit already from ALO, presumably they will sell some. | paleje
05/4/2016 07:11 | 12.5% of ALO. | oilbuy
04/4/2016 14:52 | Nearly £300k added today on MTR alone, I see new is up and even MXO ..... | ramas
04/4/2016 13:55 | I doubt they've sold yet. I'd imagine they'll wait to see the t3assay results.... | lazygun |
