Pity there are so few posts here.
200 day moving average now crossing up over 40 day moving average which is a very positive sign and bodes well for 210p short term.Volumes up on yesterday and charts point to an upswing at last.

Yes basing out nicely, I bought more last week
and will continue to buy especially if we break
through 191p. The merged entity will be worth over
£2bn, with a decent move back to late 200's we
will be in with a shout of being listed as
a company with a chance of ftse100 inclusion in time.

I have been been in itv since the 20p's and I said the
same there and they have just entered.

Prty will be a big ftse100 player within 12 mths imho.

The company is run for the benefit of the directors and not the shareholders.

Dividend
The new bwin.party depositary interests will carry a dividend entitlement with effect from 1 January 2010. The company's dividend policy will be determined by the new board of bwin.party digital entertainment plc over the next few months.

I am unclear if this means ordinary share holders will get a dividend too. I am guessing not, however any other opinions out there?

After many months of waiting, Italy's new online gaming regime became a reality on March 9th when the Comunitaria legislation became law.

The new law ushers in the most significant changes in years and will allow existing operators to begin offering cash poker and online casino games as soon as they have implemented new responsible gaming requirements and secured approval of technology platforms.

This site is very useful for who is in/out of FTSE indices



Next quarterly review Wed, 9 March 2011 - so this is too early for PARTY/BWIN and the next review will be around 8/9/10 June 2011.

Party is curently 243rd in list at abour £753m market capitalisation. If it doubled to £1400m it would be promoted to about 160th place. It would need to get to about £3000m to get in FTSE 100.

If party and bwin merge at the end of this month will they be in time for the ftse 100 quarterly shake up and would their market cap be big enough to get in the ftse 100? any ideas anyone?
