Don't complain too much! Cassis could have kept the price depressed at 4.75pwith a holding of 155 million shares. If you had put your money, a year ago, on Lloyds you would have last 40% and Barclays 50% rather than keeping it on Par'F'nSeq. I wondered if the reverse takeover was hobson's choice for fools like C.Richards and P.Blundell or are they the ones who screwed up through misjudgment!?

if bid fails will the costs be very high. I think the co dont need such a distraction and have not much cash and can ill afford to squander money on advisors for corpo finance deals
if it fails must the ceo walk the plank

Yes James 7 days to go, if it is not spiked into another delayed outcome.

I suspect that internally, this is not a done deal.

I suspect too that 7.5p is not written in stone ( I think it was stated to be `indicative`). I regret that the share price has drifted south recently.

I trust that others are ensuring that IEN does not find itself swiped in this privateer fashion. Let Documetric go by all means and reverse the reverse takeover .

I am sure there are lots of small to not so small holdings in private hands that together would become sizeable.

Is the share price currently being walked down a little to dress up an offer of c7.9p a share?

Thanks Jackie.
