...exactly and what is more important was delisted from AIM so even if this "RTO" will finally go ahead there is no material outcome for shareholders.

What he said to me as far as he is concerned the merger has happenned and is still going ahead.
The website will be updated with the resolutions of the agm and other news.

I have tried to get through the old ParoS number and was given Patrick Mchugh's mobile.
I have tried to ask questions and one of Wordlink directors answer and said
that ParoS is not there and they have nothing to do with him.
Very rude,impolite and patronosing man.

I spoke to Patrick Mchugh last friday.
I have told him how I got through to him and he answered me a few questions
like the future of ParoS and Wordlink.

"Wordlink and ParoS have a signed contract and the contract is sealed and signed by solicitors.
The amount that ParoS has spent for the merger is £600,000 (and not £150,000
as someone posted in here).
Wordlink can not break out from the contract and can not get out from this
contract.
ParoS is still receiving an income from the existing patterns and other applications it had (not much but a sum to tick over)".

I am expecting an email from Patrick Mchugh and I will update the thread accordingly.

...so judgement day on Monday upon us - either we'll see accounts released and have suspension lifted before deal with Worldlik will be finalize or simply cancellation of trading, anyhow there will be finally RNS !?! ;-)
