('ParOS' or 'the Company')

Copies of the report and accounts

The Company is in the process of finalising its audited accounts and these are
expected to be announced and posted to shareholders as soon as possible.

The Company was suspended on 30 March 2009 and subsequently on 24 April 2009
has announced that it has entered into non-legally binding heads of terms to
acquire the business of Worldlink Group PLC (the 'Acquisition').

The suspension of the Company's shares from trading on AIM will not be lifted
until such time as the report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008
and the Admission document containing details of the Acquisition are posted to
shareholders.

Fen,yes 18th sept only, cannot find out anything, methinks it may not come off,shareholders have to receive paperwork to agree the deal,nothing in the post yet. tj

Have Paro only got till the 18th sept to give a statement regarding RTO...if so they are cutting it fine, there is approx 20 working days left till they delist, any news anyone!!!!

Just trying to work out what this means for existing shareholders in Paros. Is this in effect going to amount to a cash offer for all shares in circulation? Or are shares transfered to the 'new' company?

WW, Apparently things still on track,but more work to be done.
A few weeks yet, I think. but its got to happen before 18th sept.
did neil riches say anything about relisting in your reply from him? tj.

...just got back from 2 weeks holiday and thought that suspension will be lifted by this time and RTO finalize as it was stated by press this to be done by mid July but it seems that there are some obstruction, hope not !?!

PMA at 0.20p is another excellent reverse takeover prospect with the very high vetted management interest to do something having come close twice in recent years and completing RTO of Valirx into Azure Holdings. Also has one of the best fund manager names on the shares register.
