Director Shareholding

Parkmead reports that it has been notified by Ian Rawlinson, Non-Executive Director, that the trustees of a discretionary family trust of which Mr. Rawlinson and his family are beneficiaries, sold 180,000 ordinary shares in the Company, at an average price of GBP0.3692 per share, as part of estate and tax planning. Pursuant to this transaction, the discretionary trust retains a holding of 106,644 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.11 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
