26/11/2018 08:58 | Plenty of interest in good quality NS assets.Come on Tom- let's see some project news in time for Christmas. | fhmktg
26/11/2018 07:43 | Faroe bid today should be bullish for pmg | catsick
25/11/2018 09:50 | Very good article in the Times this morning in the North Sea. Lots of acquisitions going on in the North Sea. If Parkmead can get a few deals going then surely we could become a target. | francoismyname
23/11/2018 08:56 | Sorry, Ricky, just click on BP's news today.PMG have a licence between Schiehallion and this newly producing Clair field. It's becoming a very significant area...Clair is cited as being in production for 40 years. | fhmktg
23/11/2018 08:39 | Fhmktg - can you expand on that as not sure what you mean ? | rickyvader
23/11/2018 08:36 | Bp has started their Clair Ridge 'monster' (peaking at 120000bpd).West of Shetland opening up nicely. | fhmktg
22/11/2018 15:15 | Looking at the chart 50p has been the base line(up to now)then it appears to bounce back strongly,no objection to that lol | tom111
22/11/2018 14:43 | This maybe a good price to buy. Seems to always move up suddenly.Needs something to give real momentum though. | mallorca 9
20/11/2018 20:07 | Let’s put another log on the fire 🔥 Classic!! | risk1
19/11/2018 18:38 | Well it's better here than some of my other shares - they are more like nightmares at present! | tournesol
19/11/2018 18:33 | Man was born to dream! | fhmktg
19/11/2018 16:09 | fhmktg ...excitement mounts… Don't want to be rude, but you really need to get out more. | tournesol
19/11/2018 15:15 | Project sanction for Platypus Q3/4 2019 with call for drilling modules etc in next few months....excitement mounts, particularly with Ineos getting into buying feedstocks via acreage in the NS.I wonder if Tom goes for a pint with Jim Ratcliffe. He might be interested in secure gas supplies from Platypus? | fhmktg
19/11/2018 15:01 | Indeed Mallorca! I have added the OGA link to the post above. | robs12
19/11/2018 13:46 | Robs - thanks for the post, very helpful and encouraging. I only wish the company would update better by RNS | mallorca 9
19/11/2018 09:05 | Mallorca I do look at Hurricane. PMG and HUR are my 2 biggest holdings. You suggest that PMG can double in a week if there is good news. BUT 1) that still would not put us anywhere close to your 200p figure 2) that did not happen with HUR did it? Do not misinterpret my comments. I am cheering PMG (and HUR) on and expect great outcomes in both cases. But I do think we need to keep our feet on the ground and not get sucked (or suckered) into unrealistic daydreams. PS - there is no point comparing the respective market caps of PMG and HUR - you need to consider their respective assets - which are entirely different in scale and in proximity to major developmental milestones. HUR's project scope is clear and development is proximate. PMG's is unclear and uncertain in timing. I am surprised at the resilience of the PMG share price. I think a lot of imminent good news is already priced in. If it has been priced in by over-exuberant optimists then it is not based on solid foundations. Softly, softly, catchee monkey. | tournesol
19/11/2018 08:59 | Mallorca, we already have expected timescales from the company themselves - they have posted on the OGA website: GPA: "The project is scheduled to get OGA approval to go in to FEED in March 2019. FID is planed for Q4 2019 with 1st hydrocarbons currently planned for late 2021." Platypus (this actually posted by Dana rather than PMG): "Studies are actively being pursued with 2 potential hosts and these will be concluded 3Q 2018. Market enquires will be made for a MODU, NUI Platform & Jacket and host tie-back 12” CS pipeline in Q4 2018/Q1 2019 with RTA in Q2 2019. Development sanction will be made in 3Q 2019 with 1st Gas in 2021." hxxps://itportal.oga | robs12
19/11/2018 08:58 | Tournesol, Just look at HUR .... market cap exceeded 1 billion on news of development to first oil - with zero revenue. My 2 pounds still only represents a market cap of circa 140 million. With the right news this one can double in one week. | mallorca 9
19/11/2018 08:43 | AGM mid December....that could give us a great Christmas present if either Nexen or NS gas announcements come. | fhmktg
19/11/2018 08:29 | Mallorca I think my previous forecast of 90p is very optimistic. I no longer expect the share price to exceed its previous peak of 80p before end of year/ But your prediction of 200p is simply impossible. Even if all the things you mention came to pass, the result would not be 200p by year-end. Sorry, but you need to be more realistic. Having unrealistic expectations makes it harder to maintain self discipline. T | tournesol
19/11/2018 07:33 | The Dutch assets must be worth circa £25m as an asset to us if someone wanted to buy from us. £4m clear profit and growing. Surely someone would pay 5/6 times profit to buy from us . Add £25mcash , Faroe shares of £6m and we are at £55m before any value for fields or experienced management to . As close to a risk free share as you can get. | francoismyname |
