29/10/2018 13:38 | Made a lucky purchase on Thursday as Simon Thompson revisited and tipped again today in his IC Online column. Taken the turn at 56.20p as a 9% turn in these markets is hard to resist... | skyship

29/10/2018 09:59 | Great post robs12 - I think TC is saving up all the news for when all his Ducks are in a row. No point releasing little bits here and there. He wants everything done before he lets the market know IMHO. Very helpful post and share price looks like others are taking note. | itscominghome
29/10/2018 09:47 | Will be interesting to see what else, if anything, comes in this afternoon as well as the transferable tax history change. That should get a few deals announced in the near future. If it is as discussed/proposed, then it will apply to deals closed after 1st November. | robs12
29/10/2018 08:43 | Robs 12Thanks for the post.Hopefully that information will be included in the November RNS. | mallorca 9

26/10/2018 14:46 | There is some 'news' out there, just not RNS'd by PMG since it is probably not finalized enough to be so.. There are a couple of recent updates on the OGA site: First about Platypus (updated 4th Oct) where PMG hold 15% :"The Platypus field is located in blocks 48/1a and 48/1c, 18 km (11.2 mi) north-northwest of the West Sole gas field and 15 km (9.3 mi) west-southwest of the Babbage field. As a result of the successful appraisal well in August 2012 the field is being progressed towards development subject to an economically acceptable transportation offtake route being secured. Studies are actively being pursued with 2 potential hosts and these will be concluded 3Q 2018. Market enquires will be made for a MODU, NUI Platform & Jacket and host tie-back 12” CS pipeline in Q4 2018/Q1 2019 with RTA in Q2 2019. Development sanction will be made in 3Q 2019 with 1st Gas in 2021." So looks like there may news on that if the study has concluded in Q3. Maybe an upgrade to reserves? And secondly on Perth (updated 15th Oct) where PMG are 100% : " The Perth development is located in block 15/21C, approximately 6 km south of the Tartan platform. The initial Core Perth development will comprise up to five production and two water injection wells tied back via a dedicated manifold. The chosen development concept is now a subsea tie-back to the nearby Scott platform which is circa 10.45km away. The project is scheduled to get OGA approval to go in to FEED in March 2019. FID is planed for Q4 2019 with 1st hydrocarbons currently planned for late 2021. We are currently executing a number of scopes with our chosen engineering contractors. We are not looking for any additional support from the supply chain at this time." This sounds very positive to me. They know how many wells, and the wording "The CHOSEN (my caps) development concept is now a subsea tie-back to the nearby Scott platform..." presumably means Nexen are agreed. I think we're in for an 'interesting' announcement when it comes. | robs12
26/10/2018 08:15 | Results statement was 17th Nov last year, likely to be similar date this year, and so we are not now likely to hear anything till then unless there is something special to announce. | rogerlin
25/10/2018 16:10 | Tom needs to pull something out of the bag with the Preliminary Results or we will be joining all the other Z list oilers. | fanshaw
25/10/2018 07:31 | Dreadful comms from the company. Does Tom even realise this defect. Over 6 months since any meaningful RNS. If he feels this is the right way to treat shareholders then he is in the wrong job. Must be great to go home to your £3m castle, wine and dine people but treat shareholders with such contempt. | francoismyname
22/10/2018 09:13 | Looks about 25km. | fhmktg
22/10/2018 09:10 | BP and Shell developing Alligin field West of Shetland as part of a strategy to rescues stranded fields and tie back to existing infrastructure. In this case that is Schiehallion. Is this part of Tom's planning along with Nexen for GPA?Anybody better than I am at looking how near our assets are to Schiehallion? | fhmktg
