Director/PDMR Shareholding

Parity Group plc, the technology focussed consultancy and staffing business, has been notified that Alan Rommel, Chief Executive Officer, on 20 October 2017 purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each at a price of 8.5 pence per share.

Following this market purchase, Mr Rommel's interest in the share capital of the Company has increased to a total of 410,632 Ordinary Shares representing 0.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
