Have any of you guys thought that the price might be being managed downwards with a view to setting up an option agreement for the new directors at a favourable price?All will be revealed at the AGM.Believe you me this business is not going bust.

mod, who knows. I am basing my opinions on the last set of accounts and the turnaround in H2, plus the buying by Swinstead and Watts. The volume pattern suggests PI's. The number of deals suggests a herd like exit for the doors. But that is only a supposition on my part:)

As for the groupies I seem to have acquired CR's cast-offs! And for that at least I think he owes me a drink or three.

kemche, not suggesting that bods are selling, but maybe people who know more about the company and how it is doing. I was just suprised that after the rns, there was a spike and then came the selling pressure.

I see the trolls are following you. I will watch to see how this unfolds

mod, not sure that "people in the know" are selling out. I suspect the slack boys may have acted en-masse but the RNS from the 6th informs us that Watts is still hoovering up.
Care to enlighten me as to who these "in the know" bods are - because I certainly am not, and if truth be told I am pretty clueless really.

Movin' on up, though a long way from having to do anything other than disclose.On the basis that the buys seem to come in when it dips, and the target is a profitable investment, can one assume that our progressively growing shareholder has spotted some value that the market has missed?

More than likely that the share price is being managed in anticipation of the finalisation of a share incentivisation scheme for the newly appointed directors.All should be clarified at the AGM on May 31st.

Given the large sells over the last few weeks it looks like a major shareholder(s) is significantly reducing their holding. I'm expecting a RNS anytime and I suppose things will be clearer after that. It would be understandable if it was the ex-FD, but less positive if it was Mr Watts. Time will tell.

Published Report & Accounts to 31. 12.2015. all indicate that the worst has now passed and that we can look forward to a period of"self funded" growth and stability.The term "self funded" was used repeatedly by Alan Rommel in his Strategy and Operating Review. The extended MOD contract can only add confidence.

heading towards sub 8p imo, Tim will have a decent chance to make a speculative offer if the share price keeps going down.
