Your memory failed again Eezy - 2006, 2009 - operating profits - now please remember this for next year(!):

From memory DD, PAA has never made an operating profit. This year they declared a profit due to offloading liabilities by selling sub to DC (as I said I think perhaps so that PAA can't be brought down by a winding up order from the E Tour). One other year, from memory, they declared a profit due to sale of a sub. Never a trading profit. Laughable really.

Eeezy - didn't we have this exact point made last year by you? I thought I showed you that PAA had made 2-3x operating profits? TBH I can't be bothered to go through all results again to check but maybe the post can be found.

PAA is like Bruce Willis, refusing to die and re-living the same scenario year after year.

Once the dust settles, I think I will go for a shareholder register (£60) as the one the company submitted is out of date and I'd like to know who's in.

From memory (and I think I'm correct) PAA has not made an operating profit in any year. It now has to make c. £2m post tax profit just to clear it's short term liabilities.

Actually its Legal % General Property UT and about 10% up since investing. Post Brexit a good move Imo. Personal property holdings done amazing last two years - shame impossible to buy for younger generation.If obsessed about me and my life, follow me on twitter 😎
Btw I sm sure PAA made a profit once/twice over the years. Others will confirm via their more balanced view points than one with an obvious grudge. You could have made 50% plus from the low point here 😎😎😎

Results out yesterday, but one regular poster was missing! Strange that..
I guess if the results had been dire, the share price had fallen to 5p and there was little hope.. it would have been different...
I do wonder though if at some point in the future - the director loans will be converted into shares... hopefully at a higher share price/premium..
The risks are still here... but so is the potential GLA

As you know I was one of the biggesr bears in PAA. I was not expecting results at all, thought they could get suspended so imagine my surprise when they came out and were actually very good. So good I bought 25k at 13.6p. I actually thought it would do 100% so typical I get involved and find myself instantly on a paper loss
like the rest of you. If they announce a sponsor for Ballentines this will go through the rook I look forward to that Rns hitting one morning at 7am :-))

Happy to hold now until they get to a level similar to your target

Good luck chaps, the market can have most of my 90k shares at ~ 30p. For what its worth, the live events he refers to could be 'brick live' and 'heavy con' being two ltd co.s DC has become director of in last 7 months.Both events run in end summer in Birmingham NEC. I guess assuming they take off, could well be worth having. No idea on revenues but Heavy Con must be generating revenues in region of £500k-£1m based on stall uptake and ticket face value on 10k footfall.

6 months to get results ready and still fails to deliver by the opening bell. Standard.

What to expect from results? Assuming they come today and we are not suspended, more of the same i suspect.

- Next to no revenue
- Lots of Jam tomorrow
- Highlighting complex deals as progress
- Masking previous deals as writedowns or simply not mentioning them

Got to love PAA!

The chart looks strong at the moment. Let's hope results (due next Thursday) give some hope and clarity.

- Golf - what's happened - written off? disposed? is this the £2m debt?
- Partnership with team rock - promotion activities? other events?
- What is DC going to do with the <£1m he's owed by the company

The above shareholder list IMO is incorrect. I've done a year to year comparison and it's identical to last year yet 50% of equity has been traded in period.

Looks like someones pulling a fast one, or a very basic error. I may well request shareholder register myself.

eezy - the money was 'lost' to me ages ago, I'm not counting on it for anything so a recovery would be great..30p per share and you'd see me mostly gone from PAA, prospects dependent.

Accountant appointed and shareholder list declared - the company is on course to report FY, if it were going to the wall, why bother waiting?
