14/6/2016 15:56 | Based on companies house 'Officers' check, DC is involved in heavy con ltd and brick live ltd events in UK, not via PAA. Good to see he's keeping himself busy doing anything but PAA related activities.... Not to mention 'james golf ltd' set-up at end of last year being a BVI registered company as main shareholder. | dusseldorf
13/6/2016 15:42 | 2.5 weeks until results, at least the company is forced to give us an update then(!) | dusseldorf
06/6/2016 16:54 | I wasn't talking to you.. | knigel

06/6/2016 16:04 | Well YOU do some research and let me know who is right when you finish as I have lost count of the times you have trashed my investing in AIM shares. Can't have it both ways... | knigel
06/6/2016 15:56 | how many names are you using now annonymous2 ???????????????????? annonymous2 sharetips6 hatetrader 34simon 55investor 27howard 29howard 21trader tradermick tobytime hatetrader1 | singer8
06/6/2016 14:11 | hmm I'm sure if you research it well that statement will be wrong KNIGEL. AIM is so big that despite all the dogs there must be a fair whack of stocks that fit the no debt profitable scenario. CLTV recently came out with 800k+ of cash 500k of profits no debt with a £1.1 mil cap so naturally the price has almost doubled since but still cheap. | annonymous2
06/6/2016 12:46 | There's not many AIM companies debt free or making decent profits, that's for sure! | knigel
06/6/2016 11:53 | Fair comments Duss. I just think all these years they have struggled on and all those 150k's getting wasted on the listing. They could have paid down a lot of the liabilities by now. For me if they are not going to the market to raise cash then what is the point of being listed when the balance sheet is dire. Surely better they delist and then return when things are better and at least in 5 years they save 750k which could do a lot of positive damage to their debt pile. | annonymous2
06/6/2016 11:47 | annonymous2 - the company has always had astronomical debt, nothing new there given they don't have reliable income streams, but yes it complicates matters. All we have to mitigate that is a statement once suggesting £2m may be deemed no longer payable and £1m is owed to the director, who is currently limited in how many shares he can own and is wealthy enough to not be under immediate pressure to realise it (seemingly at least). My 'blue sky' scenario is that: a) £2m disappears b) Team Rock reverse in a Xp c) part of the transaction involves DC converting his equity at reverse price to become events/head of Asia promotion PI's are flying blind here, which makes investment a gamble. Other scenarios are: - Go bust - Acquire PCM and use revenue streams to be profitable on paper - JV with Klab - or how about reversing them in - Plod on with small bits here and then and DC continues funding - but to what end I'd hope Oryx/Mills/Sturm are having a hand in some form of transformation exercise - they are 30% equity holders and I'd hope want to protect their interest. | dusseldorf
06/6/2016 11:40 | What about the debt Duss ? I cannot see a way out here and any miracle windfall will just go to the boss who keeps this afloat. | annonymous2
06/6/2016 10:48 | Morning Dd, the cross connection with Team Rock does look very compelling and with results on the horizon, hopefully we will get some understanding of what the future plan is?,.....GL S | swizz
06/6/2016 09:27 | Looks like classic rock award going ahead in Nov. PAA still have the right to acquire PCM for £1 I believe. Event run by team rock, pcm and Klab entertainment (Klab is part of a group which is one of the worlds top 50 grossing gaming co.s) | dusseldorf
03/6/2016 15:38 | All the best Dusseldorf, moved house myself recently, always a big project (though not as big a project as baby #2 I guess) ;) Will keep in touch by email if I read/hear anything of interest ... | mister md
03/6/2016 13:04 | Mister MD - Hope all is well, baby no.2 due in next two weeks and in process of moving house - not much time for shares recently. I can't believe you'd just started to question his priorities - it's been a few years since his priorities have been misplaced. The company remains listed for a reason, haven't worked out exactly what that is yet, but I hope for a reversal of team rock at a premium given ralationship with Sturm and Mills. Radio silence until the results in next 3-4 weeks I'd assume. | dusseldorf
03/6/2016 09:06 | www.vietnambreakingn You can see what the priorities are ... I'm starting to question why this is even still listed ? | mister md
19/5/2016 12:27 | MM's quoting 8.3 to sell up to 37500 shares at the mo. I guess to back-fill the recent buying. | dusseldorf
16/5/2016 14:33 | well this is exciting.... I'm assuming the radio silence is a precursor to news around end June (results/way forward). The company survives, at present, thats will have to be good enough for me... | dusseldorf
04/4/2016 12:04 | The King is dead (Golf)! Long live the King (Music)! There is no point drawing anything out longer than necessary, I'm assuming PAA does not do golf anymore and perhaps the delay is wrangling over the exit. I still feel that a reversal of Team Rock (eventually) assuming the co. is cleaned is the best chance of a shareholder recovery - though having looked at Team Rocks books, they are still hemorrhaging cash (no shortage of funders though) | dusseldorf
04/4/2016 10:16 | I suspect the LAST thing you want is an update on golf! :) | eezymunny
04/4/2016 09:00 | buywell3 - the last issue of shares was at £1.50 two years ago - historically your statement was true. About time we had an update on Golf and the future... | dusseldorf
28/3/2016 15:22 | So what %age of PAA does he now own ? | buywell3 |
