Bought a few more this morning. There was bound to be profit taking after the recent surge. I believe the company is materially undervalued at this price though and will keep accumulating if opportunities arise.

They never fully got the credit they deserved with winning Hamleys maybe because as a framework people didn't think it would happen

How time flies! 12 months since the announcement of the Hamley's Framework agreement that took 3 years of hard work, also delayed by the takeover by Chinese based C Banner, who announced HY in August. Challenging and initial losses from Hamley's take over affected results. However, there are a number of very telling and positive signs from C Banner in ref. to Hamley's-

''To gain a head start over competitors, we had acquired the Hamleys brand last year, which is one of the most famous toys brand in the world. We are planning to open its first Hamleys flagship store in Nanjing this October and expect the addition of Hamleys brand will provide a great boost to enhance the Company's overall brand value, image and exposure."

Hamleys operates in 22 countries around the world and recorded a year-on-year 14% growth in sales of international business in the first half of 2016. It seems to me that Banner have much bigger international plans for Hamleys than what would have been before the take over. IMO there is still enormous opportunity for significant works for PEL from this one opportunity. Off course, if this Banner strategy is effective then competitors will no doubt follow.

It would be very interesting to find out Banners planned number of Hamley's World stores over the next few years! (29 total stores opened in 6 months? That's some roll out!)-note- not all Hamleys World obviously.

Following on the the work already done for Hamley's there is still £ multi millions opportunity here (£15m+?)

I have contacted Hamley's today who unsurprisingly refused to comment on any expansion plans. Sadly, I do not speak Chinese lol, any takers to contact Banners?

Its really sad that today's society allows people with serious special needs requirements to attempt to mingle, fend for themselves and survive in society with no help or guidance. They primarily struggle to communicate effectively

After today's move This is likely to hit 5p within days if not tomorrow, based on when you said you bought into these your buy price is around 8p, if you target 7p by next year and 12p by 2019 why buy two years ago?, stuffy I'm with you, this is very undervalued still, this has a long way to run now, there are clearly now a couple of folk who have sold out and are now realising there mistake and trying to talk down so they can get back in, only way to get back in is to pay what's been asked now, in near future it's gonna move, it is ticking up virtually every day, it's about percentages not pennies, to move from 2.4 to 4.8 is double but another 2.4 is only a 50% move, this is moving along faster than I thought and we may well get some major moves quickly all imho dyor

Sharesmag must be due to update soon, will be interesting to see their revised targets etc etc. I am also surprised no other share publications/ web sites have picked up on the growth situation at PEL............

More than answered the question as ever. Thank you PJ. You've certainly done great homework here and I respect your thoughts. It feels more sensible and considered than most!
