mms not dropping share price to buy even with sells ,lowest quote has still
stayed around 1,77 , not sure if they hoping for news and not dropping for that reason ,had hoped last week even they would have dropped buy price ,also notice at times they appear to be busy when trying to get a buy quote with the time it taking to get quote

moving back up again after share price dropped around 5% earlier now down

I seem to remember the overdraft is secured against land and buildings(approx 300k?)so they own something. Like playful I assumed it was the HO building.

Some mention of moving out of our regular AGM venue but I always got the impression they had the freehold to this unit but I might be wrong.

I was not aware the regs were for 6 months, I always thought the emphasis was on the Co. after being advised by the relevant Investor

Could you publish an up-to-date list of major shareholders on the website?

In terms of AIM Rule 26, we are obliged to disclose details around numbers of shares in issue, shares not in public hands and significant shareholderson our website. This must be updated at least every 6 months with the date of the last update disclosed. In future, we will try and do this more regularly. The last update was in January 2016 and the next update is due to be disclosed in April 2016.

It never ceases to amaze me the interest pis have for PEL ... Profitability can only be described as ok even if the growth is achieved .... I just don't see any above market returns , guess I must be missing something

nice for the people holding from much higher share prices , share moving up more today again , some one loading up here again , hoping this share price may gradually move back up to where it was before the drop in share price

Very low reported volume but definitely some buying pressure over the last week or so.

You will always get sells into a rise . Can understand those. Didn't get people selling at a clear loss though over last couple of weeks
